Convenience of the attrsctions
The young man cleanig the porch making our porch chairs bump windows with our do not disturb sign out.he did this several times in the week we stayed their....not motel fought a mouse was a nesuence eating our snacks. It was cold maybe looking for warmth, maybe staff keep door shut while cleaning possibly move trash dumster away from rooms.management was very nice did address the issues .would try again.
Liked the location, the free WIFI.
The fact that the flashing hotel light kept us awake. We weren't told about breakfast and didn't see anyplace that it would have been. According to the listing breakfast was included in stay
The door of the room we were in needed to be replaced but other than this everything else was great.
Not much just where it was located.
Place is falling apart needs love and attention.
The people who waited on us kept looking at me weird and then looking at each other made me feel scared. The room smelled awful. It was dirty and nasty. We left and got hotel to stay at. It was our 16th anniversary and it was ruined. We really didnt have the money for another place but we made due. The new place was wonderful and we had a great anniversary weekend. I would not recommend this place at all.
convient to everything.
No Kleenex, no towel bar at the sink. Not much for breakfast bar.
WiFi reception and location were good.
My wife and I booked 2 rooms for our family for our wedding. When we arrived to the rooms, it looked as if someone has tried to bust through the doors to both rooms...the doors were very weak (did not feel safe.) When we went inside the smell of old mildew carpet smacked us all in the face. After unpacking, we went outside to get into our cars and room service was dropping dirty linen from the top floor (over the balcony) into a hamper on the ground floor (some of the items landed on the ground instead). The next morning we went to get our included breakfast which was stale donuts and stale cereal. When I attempted to use the juice machine nothing but water came out and the indian lady yelled at me and said what are you trying to do? I then said I just wanted some juice. She yelled and said, "The juice and milk machine do not work you are going to tear it up if you keep trying to use it!" So, my breakfast consisted of a stale donut and fruit loops without milk, we later on went to a pancake restaurant instead because we were so hungry. It was an embarrassment when I had to keep my parents and inlaws there for our wedding. The pictures online look nothing like the real thing. I will never come back here. Ever.
The location was close to everything.
The rooms decor, and cleanliness. There was an envelope on the the tube tv begging for tips and the price for the room. If the price was a little lower it might have not been to bad. The free breakfast consisted of donuts that was bought from a Krispy Kreme and left in the box. And most of the ramps that lead to the second floor (no elevator) were like climbing a very steep hill.
Hard beds, no bed covering, holes in the walls and door, stains on the bed sheets and around the bed, blood stain on bathroom door and cigarette ashes at bathroom door, bugs, and the room had a bad smell. We had to spray Lysol on everything. The outside of the hotel was very dirty, there was cigarette butts and tobacco spit in the stairwell. No one should stay at this hotel. We wanted to leave but there was nothing else available in the area. I think I should call the health department!
had original planned on three nights, left after two because of conditions of motel. I was told that since I booked with booking.com I could not receive a refund on the one night even if I did check out early in the morning.
Good location. It is walking distance to "the Island" of Pigeon Forge and close to Dollywood. The room was fairly quiet.
The shower had no hot water, and the room was really run-down looking. The deadbolt on the door malfunctioned and we had to pry it open to leave in the morning!
Old and dated,
The location is the only thing this hotel has going for it.
The lock on the door did not feel secure. The toilet leaked and ran off and on all night. There was hair in the bathroom. The towels were very low quality. I won't be staying here ever again.
Close to The Island.
When we first checked in we had to go and ask for bathroom paper none was in the room. The shower would not drain.Only one working outlet in the room. On the day of checkout we had to wait for them to open up. It was not worth the money we paid.
Location, comfortable & clean
Only stayed 2 nights so was worth the money, however if staying longer would have liked to have stayed somewhere alittle nicer, hotel did show its older age.
Location was good, pretty close to the Island and other attractions. The room was pretty clean compared to the outside of the motel.
The beds must be the same beds that were put in when the place was built in the 1970s, the wall paper was coming off the wall in places and the bathroom faucet and bathroom toilet were not 100% secure and you had to hold the base of the faucet to turn it on and off. The TV was also a old magnavox tube top tv with very poor quality, the rooms and the office really needs some updating and the staff wasn't to friendly, when checking in, seemed like they didn't want to be there and when I checked out, the gentlemen couldn't speak English and just held up a box that says "drop keys here". Was not the best experience and will not be returning to this motel .
Location. Mattress was comfortable.
Room was tight. Bed located on top of a/c. Bedspread had holes in it from smokers. (Non-smoking rooms) Sheet did not fit bed. Flat sheet used on top of mattress and not long enough. Had to pull up all the time.
I liked the location and that's about all
I didn't like the staff. Room was dirty . had to ask to be moved .no continental breakfast the pool wasclosed even tthough full of clean water..it was 85 degrees out. And I was quoted a price and then was told I had to pay fifthteen more .
It was one of the cheaper hotels and was on the strip within walking distance of several attractions.
Facilities need remodeled. The breakfast was atrocious with stale cerael and a couple stale donuts.
Location was good
Room could use updateing. It was noisy
The location !!!!
It was rate excellent on the Internet. We were sooooo disappointed In this place! Would never recommend it ! Have already told people not to stay there .
Mattres not very comfortable
Close to all area attractions.
Not at all like the pics on this website! Extremely outdated!!! Carpet older than me and I'm a grandparent! Will not be staying here again!
Cover was dirty with stains. Sheet had holes in it. Corners of room was dirty. Refrigerator fan had a squeak that was irritating. Walkway was stained and dirty. I booked a king room online. When we checked in. No king rooms. I paid extra for king room. The only option they gave me was queen room for same price. Needless to say. I was NOT a happy person.
Location was great. Within walking distance to the Island. Price was good.
Need to upgrade on mattresses and bedclothes. Bedsheets and spread were clean but did not fit the mattresses good.
