Mattres not very comfortable
Location was great. Within walking distance to the Island. Price was good.
Need to upgrade on mattresses and bedclothes. Bedsheets and spread were clean but did not fit the mattresses good.
The price was very reasonable.
The roof on the second floor was linking water everywhere. Where the water was leaking it made the stairway very slippery. The shower had no water pressure. Had a pool on site but the gate stayed locked.
Location Wi-fi price
room lacked clothes hanger very basic breakfast
The location is excellent, close to entertainment and food, and a short ride to Dollywood. It is short walking distance to THE ISLAND. The rooms are clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. And the price was reasonable. We would definitely stay there again.
It is outdated and the rooms could use some TLC. But they are clean. For the money it is a good place to stay.
limited breakfast, small baths
Outdated,dirty pool,stained sheets.
Walking distance to everything. Friendly staff.
Walkways to the room had trash and cigarette butts all over the place. Don't know when the last time they had been swept off. Had to change rooms as our first room was filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. The toilet kept running and the bathrom area is so small. Breakfast was a joke. You truly get what you pay for.
It was in good location very quiet very clean.
Accomodations were clean, staff was very courteous and helpful and asked several times if there was anything that they could do for us.
Breakfast could have been of a greater variety, and upon arriving, with four in our room, we were short on towels, washcloths, coffee, soap, etc.
The service was bad and if u need towels u had to ask and u could not jump in the pool or u get in trouble and it was not worth the money to stay there
the location of the motel
the dirty bathtub the dusty lamps it just felt like the room was dirty. the pictures on the web site need to be updated
Bathroom was dirty
It was very conveniently located to the Lumberjack Feud. It was also a nice surprise to be so close to "The Island" area.
The room had a smell. It was a non-smoking room, but you could tell it had been smoked in. The staff were not very friendly.
Everything was very clean, and the kids loved the pool.
The location was ideal if you wanted to spend time on the main parkway.
The lights from the signs on the strip shown right in the window even with the curtains closed. The room wasn't very clean and it had an odor. The bathroom smelled like urine. The seal around the door was missing and you could see right outside. The free breakfast consisted of a box of donuts from a local shop, still in the box with the lid ripped off. Definitely glad we were only there for 1 night.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat and clean. I especially liked the fact that the surroundings were quiet and peaceful.
Within walking distance to Island.
We booked double QUEEN beds; the beds were double beds. Breakfast was from 7-9. We woke the attendant up at 7:15; she came in barefooted, wearing the clothes she had worn the day before, and putting her hair up. She then proceeded to put out donuts and cereal without even washing her hands. Would not eat there. Told her the rooms did not look like they did on the internet and she replied, "I know." Old, hard, mattresses, smelly rooms, old TV's, light bulbs burned out, holes in doors. NASTY and will NEVER stay there again. Total misrepresentation on internet.
The bed was the only good thing about this room everything suck will not go back.................
Nothing bad location for older adults and no hot water....patio staYED wet and loud....nasty rooms no information on nothing the people who owns this is cheap as hell no kleeze in room old tv and no cable like it says.....WILL Never stay again or will tell anyone else to stay
Friendly staff, very clean hotel
Needs a little updating
The staff was pleasant and willing to help. The place was dated but clean. I would stay again
Location was good. Centrally located in pigeon forge.
where do I begin??? First it's very outdated and needing repairs in room. Parking spaces are very small and difficult to get in and out. The pool is not large, it is very small but clean. Beds are very soft so if you have back problems like I do, your gonna be sore in the morning! Pillows were thin, had to stack 4 just to equal 2 I normally sleep on. Staff was on the verge of being rude, very flat and always looked mad. When we arrived my bathroom window was wide open, lock broken off. Front door wouldn't close all the way and left a gap even when locked which didn't make me feel safe at all. Overall I have to say I got a bit less than what I paid for.
It was within walking distance from the island.
The deadbolt on the door didn't work. The pool was very dirty it had dirty band aids floating in it and all sorts of other trash. My 8 year was very disapointed.
Location and staff were good.
Pool was not open on first day they were adding chemicals or something. Quality of room furnishing very poor. Ice machine did not work. Shower head was to low mounted. Tile in bathroom awfull. Bathroom door had sharp bolt sticking out on bottom. Bathroom window lock was a stick. Tv kept going out. Absolutely worst motel or hotel experience.
Bathroom door wouldn't shut, trash around complex, old and cheep.
