Location was excellent
like that it was close to all the things that we did
the first night it was really cold in our room and the hair dryer didnt work very well
Not much! The rate was good but, now I know why.
There were no blankets and the comforter was nasty looking. I bought two blankets to keep warm also had a funky smell. It showed two king beds and a jacuzzi tub, but it only had one king bed. I would have left, but I had already paid for it
For the most part, we enjoyed our stay. The original place we booked ended up flooding so we ended up having to stay here as nothing else was available. The staff were very friendly and checking in and out was a breeze. They had Christian tracks at the front desk. The bed was very comfortable.
I didnt like the fact that we weren't able to get a room with a jacuzzi tub as this was our honeymoon, but this was not their fault. Our original hotel flooded and everything with a jacuzzi was already full. There was hair in our shower and that was a real turn off for me. I'm already funny about using a shower that isn't mine. Also, there seemed to be some mold growing on the ceiling. It is an older place but the location is nice and only a short walk to the island. It wouldn't hurt for them to make some minor updates. We checked in very late and I was thirsty. Both Coke machines were sold out.
When we first got there we went to check in and she was talking to some person online and after they hung up she called them stupid. Then when we entered the room we noticed the couch and chair had trash on them, the microwave was dirty, the bed had hair in it, and a couple other small stuff.
In the morning, I woke up to bites on my arm and found a live bed bug scurrying across the pillow. I squished it and took it down to the front desk to tell the receptionist, who then proceeded to come to my room and tear apart one bed while yelling at me that I am a liar and that she had pest control come in every day (?). When I asked for a refund she continued screaming at me. I never received the refund. I'm glad I planned the rest of my trip camping. Stay here only if you want your vacation ruined by bugs and bad service.
I made the reservation but when I arrived they were closed. Luckily, I didn't have to pay in advance.
The whole place needs to be updated. We found a hanger in our bathroom window placed diagonally to keep it closed. We couldn't get hot shower. The water was just warm. They printed the hotel receipt on a 3-hole loose leaf paper with lines. I heard other people complaining about the room was not cleaned when he checked in.
It was in walking distance to new years eve party. Also in the middle of everything.
The only complaints is room was cold.Bathroom door would not close and water dripped from bathtub all night!
We stayed here on New Years Eve primarily because of the location. We wanted to be at The Island to bring in the new year. It is an easy walk to there. The staff at check in was very nice and welcoming.
Convenient to major attractions
Rooms were dated
It was close to alot of places on the strip.
The staff wasnt the best, our toilet was leaking, we had selected the option for the smoking room and they were all non smoking, and the bed sizes were not full queens. Was not worth the cost.
The location was fantastic and the rates were phenomenal The staff was very friendly and helpful. Had no problems with our room at all. I would stay here Again
After booking the room I read the reviews and was a little skeptical but it was fine. The place is an older establishment but was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again
Liked getting fresh towels and wash cloths daily
Bathroom was to small
The only problem I had was the poor water pressure and got cold quick
location is good
everything about it was horrible. The door had holes at the bottom of it, when we told the staff they said they would have housekeeping look at it. there is mold on the walls in the bathroom and in the ice room, which was very nasty, there was no outlet covers on 2 outlets, and to top it off, there was pills laying behind the nightstand, I told staff and she said she would have house keeping to take a look, pills were still there when we left, which were hydrocodone ,the shower has a wooden block that the shower curtain holder was hooked to, bottom of shower was nasty also. breakfast wasn't worth even looking at. had a box of krispy kreme donuts in the bagel/donut holder, they didn't look fresh, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Faucet very loose, toilet needs repair , shower very short.
Convenience of the attrsctions
The young man cleanig the porch making our porch chairs bump windows with our do not disturb sign out.he did this several times in the week we stayed their....not motel fought a mouse was a nesuence eating our snacks. It was cold maybe looking for warmth, maybe staff keep door shut while cleaning possibly move trash dumster away from rooms.management was very nice did address the issues .would try again.
Liked the location, the free WIFI.
The fact that the flashing hotel light kept us awake. We weren't told about breakfast and didn't see anyplace that it would have been. According to the listing breakfast was included in stay
The door of the room we were in needed to be replaced but other than this everything else was great.
Not much just where it was located.
Place is falling apart needs love and attention.
The people who waited on us kept looking at me weird and then looking at each other made me feel scared. The room smelled awful. It was dirty and nasty. We left and got hotel to stay at. It was our 16th anniversary and it was ruined. We really didnt have the money for another place but we made due. The new place was wonderful and we had a great anniversary weekend. I would not recommend this place at all.
convient to everything.
No Kleenex, no towel bar at the sink. Not much for breakfast bar.
WiFi reception and location were good.
My wife and I booked 2 rooms for our family for our wedding. When we arrived to the rooms, it looked as if someone has tried to bust through the doors to both rooms...the doors were very weak (did not feel safe.) When we went inside the smell of old mildew carpet smacked us all in the face. After unpacking, we went outside to get into our cars and room service was dropping dirty linen from the top floor (over the balcony) into a hamper on the ground floor (some of the items landed on the ground instead). The next morning we went to get our included breakfast which was stale donuts and stale cereal. When I attempted to use the juice machine nothing but water came out and the indian lady yelled at me and said what are you trying to do? I then said I just wanted some juice. She yelled and said, "The juice and milk machine do not work you are going to tear it up if you keep trying to use it!" So, my breakfast consisted of a stale donut and fruit loops without milk, we later on went to a pancake restaurant instead because we were so hungry. It was an embarrassment when I had to keep my parents and inlaws there for our wedding. The pictures online look nothing like the real thing. I will never come back here. Ever.
The location was close to everything.
The rooms decor, and cleanliness. There was an envelope on the the tube tv begging for tips and the price for the room. If the price was a little lower it might have not been to bad. The free breakfast consisted of donuts that was bought from a Krispy Kreme and left in the box. And most of the ramps that lead to the second floor (no elevator) were like climbing a very steep hill.
