Nothing will not stay at a relax inn anywhere again . room had ceiling tile coming apart , comode that wouldn't stop runniong past overflow valve shutoff , ice machine outside didn't work . reservations hadn't showed up when we arrived from booking company. Ten bucks more and could have stayed at a nice place instead of a dump!!! Jimmy

Close to interstate. Restaurants close by. The building is old and pretty worn out ie stained carpet and furniture, broken fixtures etc. The ice machine didn't work but the man at the front deck broke out two ice trays and that served my purpose. It was ok for me but my wife probably wouldn't stay there.

Price only. Old, unclean, poor condition of facility, unfriendly staff, pathetic food in the morning, etc. Other than that it was perfect--- not!

We arrived to check in and the lady at the desk was watching the desk and could not check anyone in with a credit card. There was a couple who was checking in when we arrived and once he had completed the whole check in card the lady said well it has to be cash as I don't know how to run a credit card and the manager won't be back till about 3 (an hour later). The man left.........I Should have followed him. I explained to the lady we had a reservation and gave her my name when arriving......only to have her ask me again minutes later did I want a room. Went back thru letting her know I had a reservation. She gave us a key to the room and told me to come back after the manager got there to finish checking in. We were there for a sporting event and had to get back to our event. When we arrived in the room there was poo in the commode, a huge wolf spider in the room and the fire alarm was constantly beeping. We flushed the commode and dropped our bags and headed to the event as we were on a time schedule. The manager called me about 6 hours later and I let him know about the fire alarm and his suggestion was to pull the plug out of it....safety first you know! We returned about midnight from our event and decided to just drive the 3 hours back home instead of stay in the nasty room. We still of course had to pay for the room and he didn't discount anything off it. It was $90 and he stated we already received a discount by booking thru booking.com. He said normal rate was $110.......don't see anyone ever paying that for a room at this place. Nasty nasty nasty! Love booking.com though! They are a great service and I have had many great results with them!
