I liked the location, the size of the room.
The fact that I didn't get room service while I was out of the room. The fact that they didn't provide weekly rates. Then when I wanted to extend my stay with them they said they needed the room and would not allow me and my teenage daughter to stay.
I liked the atmosphere, the closeness of all the shops/restaurants, the employees were very nice. It seemed outdated, but quaint. I liked it!
The next door guest playing his/her tv loudly all night long. Perhaps their hearing aid battery died, but I lived with it.
The bed, the set up of the room.
There was a spot of mold in the bathroom, in the corner where the shower head was over shooting the tub
Not clean... Beds falling apart... Bathroom dirty...
I like the location - close to freeways and eating places. I really like that it's not a very busy hotel, parking is right in front of our room. I would go there if I'm in d area.
Nothing at all
Everything was horrible.
Plenty of places to eat%shop in walking distance
That when I moved rooms away from office the WiFi was poor
no remote to tv
There are specific rooms that have been made rentable and others around you that look like crack houses. We rented 2 rooms and were literally 15 feet from the freeway. There were questionable persons hanging about the property. The TV did not function. we were there for 2 nights and the TV got replaced just in the last hour of our stay. The staff was nice 1) not interested 1) really tired 1) had to be persuaded to help with the TV in one room. we gave up on the dysfunctional phone in the other room. All in All Vallejo was ghetto. Go somewhere else.
Ants in sink and dressing area, toilet that ran all night, no coffee maker, oversized refrigerator, no suitcase stand
clean room and grounds access to shopping and food
The desk shown in the picture was NOT in my room
room is clean, staff is smiling,
highway nearby, noisy
We arrived at 2 am and the guy who came down to check us in was as pleasant and non plussed as if it was 5pm. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was quiet and we got a great sleep. Perfect for a fast, inexpensive, onenight stay during a trip.
Rude guest staying above me . Woke me up at 3am Saturday/ Sunday morning.
Beds were hard.single limp pillow. Sheets thin. Towels thinner. We asked for extra at desk and never received them. Refrigerator barely reached plug. No ice machine. Mismatched furniture with electrical cords strung along ceiling. Will not stay again
The guy at the front desk was rude
Microwave not working and not In room when we got there..
Comfortable beds Large room Clean Friendly Staff Quiet area Near highway Would stay again
no ice very bad area
Wonderful people.. simple check in and check out nice people around..
Seems like I might have got a newly remodeled room since the hard wood floor looks new and so did the bathroom sink. Wifi is free and worked ok also it's next to the fwy as well and a Burger King is across the st.
The 50 doller deposit was unexpected I'm not sure why they want one the room isn't fully new it still needs work and I didn't like that they only put a sheet with just a comforter on top since I do not like to use hotel comforters.
It is a great value for the money. I needed a place to stay in order to avoid long commute to San Francisco, and this place really worked out.
We went for Six Flags and its literally 8 minutes away. So the location was great for that purpose. It was very inexpensive. The bed was comfortable and it seemed to be clean. It also came with a Mini fridge and microwave. That was a nice surprise. Free wifi!
It's definitely a little ghetto. The neighborhoods not so great (I mean you have to be buzzed in just to get to the front desk). There wasn't an ice machine. Or if there was we couldn't find it. Tried to call the front desk to find out if there was an ice machine and request another blanket and couldn't get a hold of anyone. Literally the "Front Desk" button on the phone didn't connect to anything. So yeah, you basically are paying for a room and not necessarily hospitality. Maybe thats why it's so inexpensive. It served its purpose and thats all we needed.
Nothing it was dirty no mattress cover just a straight sheet to the mattress the shower was dirty with residue from previous guest it was just nasty
The hotel lived up to my expectations.
