the room was okay

there was a paper saying that a continental breakfast was served in the lounge from 7 - 10. I went downstairs at 7 no one was around. I went downstairs at 7:30 no one was around. I rang the bell both times and no answer. I went down again at 8 and still no one and no answer. I gave up on breakfast and went elsewhere. Later that day I was told they did not have breakfast. Why have that in the room if they don't have it. Also, I have stayed in numerous motels and have never been with no tisues at the sink. Also there wasn't even a trash can. There was a big trash can outside down a few doors from us that was filled with beer cans and ashes. Was that what we were supposed to use. The pictures on the internet showed a room with a refrig and microwave. This room only had a refrig. That was fine but the plug to plug it in was so hight up and the cord didn't reach, so we had to move it into the sink area just to use it. To take a shower there was only warm water. No hot water. We had to keep getting up during the night because the sheets weren't properly on the bed and keep coming up and we ended up sleeping just on the mattress. We were not happy with the room at all.

Staff was helpful

I could not get the heater to work properly. I was given new controls and they did not work at all. Not wanting to go to the office I spent a cold night made possible by the 2 bedspreads.

No hot water, no phone, lots of prostitues and drug dealers, wanted a non-smoking room and got a smoking room, didn't want my debit card charged and they charged it anyway! Horrible place to stay!!!!

They say that there is a breakfast included in the price. This was cold coffee and one Blueberry Muffing Hardly a Breakfast. When we asked about this the lady on the desk said ." well what do you expect for a budget hotel " and she was right. That is why we moved and paid $8 more for a better motel with a good breakfast and closer to San Francisco

It was dirty. It is not up to code, there are holes in the walls, no battery in the smoke alarm, code violation. The phones don't work properly and are outdated. The carpet is stained, the light fixtures are not updated. The T..V.'s are old, no remote control. It smelled very bad. Broken shower fixtures The owner should be ashamed and turned in. Need to invest money and update this place. This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in and would not suggest this place to anyone. Just nothing good to say about this place.

I will be staying at this place more often. Thank you!

It was cheap

Not very clean. Uncharming location, close to highway and super-market

The hotel was what you would expect for the price. In our case we stayed 4 days for 153.00. Nothing special about the hotel to speak of, but if you are on a tight budget I would recommend this place. I see people complain about the area in other reviews but in my opinion you shouldn't expect the Ritz if you only willing to pay less than bare minimum. Its a decent place for the price you pay. And I will be staying on my future trips to the area.

Over charged during check in but the attendant promptly corrected it. No towels on check in but they fix that promptly too. No other complaints

Friendly staff. Lots of security cameras that gave me a sense of security. Next to the freeway that made it easy to get in and out of the area. Rooms were decent you get what you pay for but I liked the water pressure in the shower that was excellent. But most important was I had to leave early because my wife went into labor 12 hours away and they gave me a full refund and told me to drive safe . Good people at this place

Holes in shower curtain. Paper thin towels. Toilet seat was not attached. Room key and replacement room keys never worked. Never cleaned room. Only made bed.

Despite the desolate condition of the room it was cleaned properly.

Dirty carpet, broken furniture, TV remote did not work.

Breakfast only coffee,

Nicht gut gepflegt, stinkt, Teppich und Bad nicht grade sauber. Der Name in bookingcom stimmt nicht mit dem Namen des Motels überein.

Nas nossas férias de 2012, eu e a minha esposa resolvemos atravessar o oeste americano de carro. Por isto nos hospedamos em várias instalações pelo caminho e dentre todos os hóteis-pousadas-moteis pelos quais passamos, o Relax Inn em Vallejo foi o que mais nos impressionou pelo custo-benefício. A priori, a escolha foi feita pelo localização e preço, mas tão logo chegamos e fomos recebidos pelo recepcionista percebemos que haviamos feito a escolha certa. Ele não só nos colocou no melhor quarto, já renovado, pois toda a hopedágem esta passando por reforma, como não poupou esforços para dar todas as orientações que pedimos. Apesar da fachada simples, no periodo da nossa estadia, tivemos recepção agradável, cama confortável,quarto não fumante sem cheiro de cigarro e banheiro limpo com ducha de verdade. O verdadeiro bom e barato.

Slusny hotel na dobrem miste. Po dalnici cca. 20 minut na parkoviste Pier 39 v San Franciscu. Pres silnici nakupni centrum.

the bed was comfortable

the bathtub was dirty and chipped no towel racks the wall lights had the wires hanging and did not work. no toilet paper holder. broken micowave. no coffee maker. loose electrical wires hanging. the lights didn't work. full of weekly tennants. the name was changed from relax inn to roadway inn. no Kleenex, the holder was empty. knobs missing on dwayers replaced with tie straps. the photos on your site did not match the room. the office door was locked at all times. had to waite for someone to open it in the morning the breakfast was almost non existant.

Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Everything was neat and clean.

Freeway adjacent - but I didn't hear any freeway noise. Folks who like a soft bed won't be happy. But I was very comfortable.
