I loved everything except the wi-fi situation.
I didn't like the fact that guest have to pay extra for parking and wi-fi. But I guess that's the norm for that area. Overall, an excellent experience and stay!!!
The modern feel was wonderful. We weren't expecting much so this hotel was a welcome surprise.
I like the shower, the comfort of the bed and how quiet it was.
I did not like the fact that it took 20mins for me to get some scissors. I also did not like the fact that it took an hour to get my room service and when I did it was very cold.
Bar staff were excellent & Restaurant staff were very accommodating. Food at the Restaurant was delicious. Slept like a baby, pillows were so comfortable we ended up requesting the website to purchase some for ourselves.
We ordered room service and it arrived within the time they specified, staff was lovely and the food was fantastic. I had the best baguette ever. Sourdough with chicken, avocado, lettuce and aioli mayonnaise, yum! Breakfast at the Restaurant was also very remarkable, with a great selection of breakfast items which were all very fresh and tasty. Overall this hotel was nothing short of amazing from the moment i arrived to the moment i left. It was an absolutely wonderful experience staying here. Leaving was the hardest part! The hotel is beautiful, rooms are luxurious and service is outstanding. Very highly recommended!
Though as human as we are its not everything that we expect to be perfect, some of the workers especially the cleaners they were not too polite in talking but i experience it just once so if you can do something about that may be more training will do.
The breakfast is amazing.
The parking is expensive
The room was excellent and the view was nice. Beds were very comfortable and the furnishings were very modern. I would recommend the Romance Package available via the Marriott web site because the breakfast is worth the extra. Packing was always available. Easy access to Jefferson Highway
Wi-Fi at $20 a day. Used my cell as Hot Spot.
Room service prompt & pool area terrific. Valet also prompt.
2 people at check in /check out desk creates a long line of guests
Staff.. Views, Service, complimentary bicycles, food and ambience, easy location from Regan National
They may charge you extra to connect to WIFI in your room.. its 2014...
I loved the bed and the room was beautiful! Nice and spacious! Nice staff Room was nice size I could not hear others in the hotel
They extended check out for 30min...12:30pm on a Sunday. Breakfast ends at 10am on Sat-Sunday! Who wakes up that early for breakfast when staying at a hotel? I didnt know until I woke up and looked at the ticket. Then tried to find something to eat before checkout. Drove down the street and found food but had to rush back because check out was at 12pm.
I absolutely love the décor of this hotel. The hotel is modern, welcoming and hip. The amenities are great. Rooms are small but inviting. Lobby, bar and Illy coffee shop are wonderful; good food and drinks. Staff is great; I asked for a king size bed and room with a view, and they gave it to me. The view was amazing; you could see the river, the planes coming into Ronald Regan airport, the Amtrak. Location was great, too; close to restaurants, shops, metro, airport. Appreciated being picked up at the hotel and taking the shuttle everywhere. At $109/night, I couldn't have asked for a better deal. I'll definitely be coming back.
I have nothing I didn't like.
Staff was super friendly and very helpful.I would certainly stay there again.
The room, bed, and front office staff
Food and bar service was very slow, food quality was ok but did not come up to what I thought I would be served for the price.
My name is Marcela Viteri, I want to make sure everyone read this because I find this really concerning. I stayed here with my mum on the 15th until the 17th of may 2014. I am really disappointed with the poor manners of the manager and staff when it comes to the guests.Unfortunately 3 items where stolen from my room. including a perfume of more than100 dollars and even although I complained and they said they get in touch they demonstrate a totally careless attitude of what had happened to me. Even now that I am back in the UK the did not send a single email regarding my lost belongings. I wrote them asking to post my belongings to an address in America meanwhile I was there but totally disregard my email. So in terms of comfort I recommend this hotel. But definitely not if you want to have a peaceful time and be treated as a proper guest. They caused me and my mum a great distress.
All was great with one exception
Internet is an extra fee and not free
Molly was great! Very helpful!
Did not have access to the pool on Thursday, May 15th.
The atmosphere, friendly people, etc.
The emergency alarm went off and the whole entire floor had to evacuate the hotel. We were unsure of what was going on. However, the hotel informed us that somebody next door had burned something over at the Residence Inn. That caused our hotel's alarm to go off.
I didn't actually stay here but I put my folks up for my moms 70th birthday so she could see the cherry blossoms in bloom. The staff I dealt with was very helpful and accommodating and made my moms 70th one to remember. They loved the views from the room and really enjoyed dinner at your restaurant.
outstanding and courteous service especially front desk staff
Very clean, updated furnishings, beautiful art, and friendly staff.
No stair access to travel up so have to use the elevator. As a member of a very large group this ment considerable lines at breaks or rush periods.
Too close to train tracks so heavy train noise especially at night
Had a great deal on our room and very clean
Only thing didnt like was there was no microwave in the room and i would definitely want one in the room on my next trip!
Had a great room with a view of the Capital! Plus it was my birthday on Saturday so it made it that much more special!
