The staff was over the top helpful, friendly and accommodating in a way that did not seem like it was forced or staged. They truly wanted to be sure you were having a good stay. The proximity to everything was nice as well.

Nothing really,sub par hotel in every aspect.

I could be here for a while typing in this section,save the pain and find another hotel.

The location was perfect. My room had a view of the Harbor, plus it was within walking distance to many local area spots (clubs, restaurants, shopping, etc). The hotel staff was very friendly, and helpful when I needed them. Also, the breakfast buffet was very good.

I didnt like being charged $12.95 a day for internet. If I'm already paying $170+ for a room, it's not too much to ask for free wireless in the room. It's free in the main lobby, why nickel and dime me for a connection in the room? Also, I wasn't told upon check-in that I was already being charged for use of the parking garage and I needed to get a parking pass from the front desk. Again, nickel and dime efforts at work. One last thing: the digital tv service was nice, but with it came the non-availability to connect any external players (ps3, Xbox, etc) to your television. All of the video jacks was disabled. So if you're bringing the kids or plan on playing movies on your own player, forget it. It won't work.

I loved the feel and look of the hotel rooms, The the design of the hotel was upscale but relaxing, I could have just stayed in my room and enjoy the harbor and the light show.

I did not like the pillows on the bed, they were a bit to firm, if you have a neck problem like me, there was no pillow to accomdate my problem.

That the pool area was very clean and pleanty of towels when needed in the pool.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The restaurant and the bar at the fifth floor are cold and uninviting. The hallways are endless. It may take you a lot of time to reach your room.

Location- walking distance to all the nice attractions

The coffee set up in room lacked all the condiments. Had to enjoy my coffee black (no creamer), sure I could have called- but I decided not to.

Did not like room location overlooking connected shopping mall. Room was very dark and noisy from shoppers.

The Renaissance stay was wonderful and I will use it again in the future. Location, a wonderful helpful staff, and a class act hotel is the reason.

Excellent location in Baltimore - staff very helpful especially Robert who went out of his way to help us enjoy your facilities - also we noticed with other guests. Shopping facilities in the adjacent Mall were very useful A great weekend including the weather

A very busy Saturday/Sunday with the Wedding guests made the lifts very busy and crowded

The great location was critical in picking this hotel. The appearance was definitely a plus when I got to the hotel. The amenities were worth the price.

I like the convenience of everything the hotel had to offer.

Would have given staff a better review, but had a very uncomfortble en-counter with the night security guard on the last night of my stay. We had been staying with a large group, majority of us were on the same floor. And the security guard threatened to throw off us out if we did not lower the noise. He indicated that the guest staying next door were complaining. Funny though, everyone involved were the guest staying next door to our room. Plus the timing was not even midnight. What is the noise code. Becuase of this one man, all the guest involved in the party were left with a bad taste int the mouth.

We absolutely loved the view, the ease of checking in/out. The staff was very polite, helpful. We were attending a seminar at johns hopkins and they printed out a great map for us. The hotel was very clean. We loved how it is. Centrally located and would highly recomend this place.

We returned from the arvd seminar at 10 pm it would have been nice if the pool was still open. Especially since the indoor pool was half the reason I chose the hotel. The fitness ctr is open 24 hrs, the pool should be also.

The personally was great. I ate one time in the hotel near the bar. The staff there was pleasant and the view of the harbor was perfect. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. When the toilet backed up the staff responded right away. The room is very clean and luxurious.

While we were staying there, we kept walking by the same rooms that ordered room services. The only way we knew they order room service was that the dishes were in the same place for the 3 nights that we stayed there. It was a bit nerving to know that no one came up to pick the dishes off the floor. We stayed one level that had too many kids. They would get up and start to cry right at 6 am. Then they would slam the door and beginning running up and down the hall way. The level we stayed at was the same level as the pool. We did not even try going to the pool because there was way too many kids running around. Next time would make sure that there are no kids on the level that I would be staying in the near future.

The room was nice. But you get nickel and dimed on everything.

people that stay there don't know how to act civilized. Wished they didn't book my room next to the elevator. The quiet signs made people louder instead if quiter.
