Renaissance Boston Patriot Place Hotel  

The hotel's location was ideal. We love being so close the stadium and shops. The people who work there are phenomenal and very friendly.

The noise coming from the hallway at 1 in the morning. Not the hotel's fault.

Location

Rude, unfriendly bartenders. My friend had ordered a round of drinks and paid for them. I ordered the second round. The bartender charged me for both. I politely explained that my friend bought the first round. She raised her voice and told me he didn'T. He then showed her his receipt showing the drinks were paid for and she responded with attitude. She didn't ask us the rest of the night for another drink. We had to flag down another bartender to get another drink. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere.

We stayed at Renaissance Boston Patriot Place Hotel while attending the Patriots' Training Camp. The location of the hotel was it's best quality. Gillette Stadium was within walking distance. There were many restaurants and shopping also within walking distance. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.

The air conditioner did not work well and the room felt very stuffy. A bachlorette party was going on across the hall and there was a lot of screaming and yelling. Plus, a wedding party stayed in the surrounding rooms. The walls were paper thin and did not mask any of the noises. Though the hotel security was on the scene to ask people to quiet down, loud noises went on throughout the night. Needless to say, we did not get any sleep. Also, other places where we have stayed offer free Wifi but here we had to pay extra.

The room was enormous...the bathroom and walk-in shower were huge...everything was very neat and clean...great location, easy walk to the live venue...

Nothing

It is a beautiful hotel and is located in a great place. We parked the car and never took it out again until we left the next day. There is so much to do and see there. The bar and restaurant were great and the outside patio is wonderful. The bed and bedding were fabulous-so comfortable! Everything is in a modern theme and it was a nice change from our home. The staff is incredible and the breakfast is really good.

The only two things we could think of were that such a beautiful hotel at that price, didn't have a refrigerator in the room. We were really surprised as we stayed in lower priced hotels recently and they had refrigerators and microwaves. The other thing was that there was no hot tub in the pool area. That was disappointing.

当然、車がないと不便な立地ですが、Patoriots Place内でショッピングをしたりしてすごすなら、もってこいのホテルです。ホテルの部屋も広く、清潔で- 快適でした。 フロント、レストランのスタッフもとてもフレンドリーでいろいろなことに対応してくださいました。 ジレットスタジアムが目の前に広がる部屋もあるので、NFL（ペイトリオッツ）ファンなら泊まってみる価値- はあると思います。
