Musty smell. A bit dated
Aveda products in bath
Sleeper sofa very uncomfortable
I love the quality of the hotel and the reasonable price of the rooms!
There were no trash cans outside or inside the lobby, you had to walk to the bathrooms to throw something away!
Although most of the hospitality was great some of the room service people had an attitude and the room was disgusting. The couch had stains all over it. The "throw" pillows looked a hundred years old and the coffee table was dirty with scuffs all over it. This is NOT a 4 star. I would rate this between 2 or 3. It needs a major remodel.
Access to the train. Large living area
Customer serveice was great. Beautiful hotel. Lunch buffet was beyone fantastic.
Parking was terrible. Stayed 3 days and there were a number of cars double parked. Garbage was not picked up daily and would over flow.
Check in was a breeze, the staff was very friendly. Our room was very large for the price and clean. Close to the convention center.
There wasn't anything negative about this hotel stay.
i loved the staff like Morgan he was awesome and the hotel its self was wonderful and I enjoyed it...
Clean and spacious room. Comfort bed. Just 2 minutes walk to blue line Cumberland Station. Chic design hotel.
Staff friendliness and comfortable bed
Close to the CTA blue line offering swift and cheap access to airport and city. whole premises and rooms spacious, well appointed, clean and reasonably priced.
It was very comfortable and I liked that it had a Starbucks close by. Thank you, M.Barreto
You name it, we loved it!
Front desk staff very personal and friendly
Requested a room with two beds and received a room with a king sized bed and sofa sleeper for myself and my two children
Loved it! Going to stay here everytime we make it to Chicago. Easy to get to blue line and staff was friendly and helpful.
Price could.have been $20 cheaper...but overall great place
Not a lot
This was the most expensive room on our trip, my son had a pull out bed in a room with no blind. We anticipated some plane noise but that was drowned out by the CTA and highway noise. The staff were rude and we were next to a linen closet that was slammed shut various times during the night.
I liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was very nice & staff was accommodating. Although we were very close to airport the noise was not a problem like I thought it would be. The location was nice also. I went to my college graduation which was at the Chicago Theater downtown & the commute was not bad. It only took about 15 min to get there. I would recommend this hotel to others. However they need to reconsider having the guest pay for parking. It was expensive.
I did not like having to pay for parking & I did not like the fact that there was no complimentary breakfast.
Because I don't want them to get over-crowded and worn down. But it is a great place to stay for business. With a great staff. Right next to the blue line train station. With a significant space for parking.
Close to the metro station Very clean and quiet Very spacious Good price
close to train
parking too $$$ expensive
I liked that it was close to the blue line train!
There were many hidden cost that were unexpected. This needed to be told before booking. They charged you for wifi and when you are traveling with teenagers that is a must. I was disappointed that there was not a continental breakfast. Very dissatisfied with the cost that most hotels have for free. The 150.00 inc. a night took from our trip as well.
Clean room Friendly Staff
you had to pay for parking
I appreciated the polite evening staff, everyone from the shuttle driver to the front desk personnel were very helpful. I can't say the same for the morning staff!
There was some sort of construction noise going on throughout the night. I came for a nights rest on a very long itinerary and there was none to be had. I alerted the desk in the morning but nothing came of it . I still paid full price for a night of inconvenience! If I had it to do over I would have stayed elsewhere . I also sat outside waiting for the shuttle for over 30 minutes and was then informed it wasn't leaving for an additional 25 minutes. I was told they ran every 30 minutes . I ended up getting a taxi so I wouldn't miss my flight! Very poor service from the morning crew!
