Easy check in friendly staff clean pool parking attached to hotel Comfortable rooms In room dining was delicious. Highly recommend the scallops
There was a wet smell in the corridor and in my room when I firsr arrived, after a while didn't notice it. Parking was $24 a day Bed was a bit too soft for my liking to sleep on, but nothing too horrible.
Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.
Parking fees and Internet charges
The proximity to airport and train station. Free airport shuttle service. Friendly staff. Value for money.
Mattress for sofa bed is too soft.
Quick service, friendly smiles, comfortable sleeping quarters. Close to major highway, easy to find.
Everything was awesome. The staff was helpful and happy. Definitely would stay again
The hotel room is very large, clean and up-dated, it is very near subway, and just 2 minutes walk from station.
It is a bit far from central city, and takes about 30 minutes by subway to the loop. However, it is still very convient.
very nice hotel
manager gave false information about free wifi so I ended up paying for it when I didn't even want it.
The bed is comfotable Close to train station Free shuttle to and from airport
The room needs renovation The nearby shops are at least 15 min walk The sofa is too small for sleeping
I slept well.
Booking.com gave me the wrong room setup, causing my room to have a king instead of two full beds. Major screw up. Paid parking seems unnecessary also. $24 for 24 hours. No free internet in room. However convenient it is for its proximity to the airport, it is inconvenient in other ways.
the rooms themselves were nice and location is a minute walk to the L.
the wi-fi is terrible - if you wanted you could purchase a better service daily for $16. Can't believe any place still charges for wi-fi. There's a fridge in the room but no microwave - you have to use the single only one they have in the lobby. Parking is just under $20 per day. If I come back I would not rent a car, there's a shuttle to/from hotel and the L will get you everywhere else. Much easier than driving, we spent half our time sitting in traffic.
Room was really nice...
We were 4 guests and we wanted room with 2 big beds... and we got room with 1 big bed and 1 sofa...
There is wifi only at the lobby
Parking costs were outrageous and a $5.04 charge was charged to my card with no exclamation of what it was for. Charged us $24.00 to park then another $17.00 to get out of the garage. Outrageous!! Never again!!
The room space. I like how the bedroom was separate from the living area.
window blinds kept the room dark for sleeping
paying for parking
We came in town for my fiancee's birthday. The staff was very courteous, they even remembered that it was her birthday. Gave us extended hours for check out and the exact suite we requested. Thank you for amazing service
Great property, great staff, convenient to public transportation and the airport.
Proximity to airport and public transportation is good, but otherwise you are in the middle of no where.
The hotel was close to the Rosemont convention center. The staff was fantastic and the room was very very nice!
paying 25 dollars a day for parking.
Musty smell. A bit dated
Room was very nice Friendly staff Close proximity to mass transit
Charging extra for Wi-Fi
free wifi in lobby
There was an upcharge for EVERYTHING including 13 dollars per night for wifi, 4 dollars for a room temperature water in your room, 24 dollar parking in the garage (when asked if we could park in the parking lot which was free we were told it was "at our own risk" only to find out later the hotel owned the parking lot as well.) A beer at the bar inside the hotel was 6 dollars, a mixed drink was 10, and there was blood on our nightstand. The beds were too soft and gave me some serious back pain, and the absolute worst thing was my credit card was charged double what it should have been, when I asked why the next day (we stayed 2 nights) the person I spoke with told me she didn't know, but she would fix it to reflect what i should be charged plus an incidentals fee which she said would be almost 200 dollars (basically a security deposit) when we checked in we were told it was 50 dollars a night, I explained this very simply to her and she was very rude and interrupting me while i spoke, I eventually asked her to not speak until i told her i was done talking, then had to literally break down the math of 50 dollars for one night and 50 dollars for the next night equals 100 dollars total. she then became very disrespectful and said she could not help me anymore, she sent me to someone else who resolved my issue immediately.
The staff was great and really fast bringing extra towels. King bed was comfortable and room was good for us!
Don't forget to add $24 for parking and we had booked and paid extra for the breakfast. Only 2 people can eat the buffet, we were going to have to pay extra for the other 2 guests. $60 for 4 people to eat breakfast is ridiculous!
Aveda products in bath
Sleeper sofa very uncomfortable
