The room was great. Clean, very comfy, and we loved the balcony having the table and chair set. It was nice to sit out at night and watch the airport lights.
WIfi only free in the lobby, and we couldn't hook our hdmi up in our room.
Close to the airport, complimentary internet
No microwave in rooms when staying more than one night...had to pay extra for parking and internet, think for the price of the hotel internet and parking should be included....

I love the concourse view.
Cleanliness and location to airport!
Sixteen dollars a day for parking!
I stayed here for my birthday, where again I took advantage of watching the planes. This is the best place to spot at ATL, hands down. Most things were still above average or excellent. Kudos to the wait staff at the restaurant. They remembered us from last time, and really made our 2 year old feel welcome. Normally he's quite shy, but he even gave the server a hug!
The hotel was much noisier this time (due to people, not airplanes). The design of the hotel, rooms surrounded by a central atrium, really enhances the noise coming from other people. Lots of doors slamming, loud talking, etc. Aside from this, I would still stay here.
Our room was lovely. The view of the airport and the planes coming in and taking off was phenomenal. Very Spacious rooms.
The customer service was horrible. From beginning to end...horrible. There were no microwaves in the rooms. The microwaves were all the way on the other end of the hotel in a small room next to an ice machine and a vending machine with soda's. The Ice machine on our floor wasn't working properly, and we had to go to the machine a floor below us. We called prior to arriving to make sure our reservation was in the system and they couldn't find us. Called booking and they straightened it all out. I called again to confirm that everything was okay and was told yes and basically rushed off the phone. Arrived at the hotel and basically spent a little over an hour trying to sort things out. It was embarrassing. I had to have things faxed and emailed over to the hotel just to stay. The woman(Ms. Quanita) assisting us along with a few other colleagues were way more concerned about the rate that we received for the room from booking more than accommodating us. I had to have someone from booking contact this hotel again and the back and forth was so disappointing. Booking even noted that they were more concerned with the pricing we received and was very rude to them as well. The room had a mildew smell as if the carpet had been wet and not cleaned properly, and our bed was never made up the whole time we were there and we was there for (3)days. The tub wasn't cleaned out. I basically had to do it myself. Very disappointing. The second day there I had to deal with not being able to use my key card to get out of the parking lot. When we arrived back to the hotel, we were told that no one activated our keys. Another embarrassing situation because we had traffic backed up coming out of the parking lot. Not to mention we had to pay 16.00/per day for parking. I was never told about this 150.00 incidental fee and when they charged the card I immediately went down to speak with management and was told that we could not get a receipt until check out.
It was a very well built hotel and the rooms had everything we needed for our two day stay!
They didn't give me the room I paid for I asked for a long size bed room and they said they could only find a two queen size bedroom. Some of the towels had brown stains on them, although they were probably washed it would've been nice if they would have discarded putting stained towels in my room! The hotel amenities stated they had free wifi which the front desk confirmed but on checkout day they had a huge wifi charge on my bill as well as two days of parking after they said they would only charge me once. They did take off the wifi which shows on my receipt but on my credit card it shows that the wifi was still on the bill and I definitely did not appreciate having to call my bank to double check behind them.
This was perfect for my boyfriend and I to get away for the weekend while in the city. We plan to book again soon.
Location for access to Atlanta airport
Hotel Car park charges
I received one of the room with a door bell so I had plenty of room.
The maids didn't come early everyday but this was not a big issue.
Convenient location, friendly staff and complimentary parking when flying out of Atlanta. Friendly host in the hospitality room. Large room with comfortable bed. No problem with noise at all even though you are next to the airport.
The clean rooms, bed was very comfortable. The brought me up an extra blanket around 10pm. Although there were no parking space due to an event they still did not charge me extra for valet.
I've always loved watching airplanes, so this rated right at the top of my "Bucket List". It was awesome!
I loved it all.
I'm an airplane/airport junkie, so if I had had my way I wouldn't have seen the room except for the balcony. The views over Atlanta airport were awesome. I would encourage anyone wanting a quiet stay to not book an airport view room! Aside from the location and view, the hotel was nicely decorated and surprising quiet for being as busy as it was. It was clean, the AC worked well, and the beds werecomfy. If it weren't for the price, I would stay here more often.
The restaurant and bar were a bit expensive, but that's to be expected somewhere close to an airport. Otherwise, no issues to report.
concourse view is the one feature that makes this hotel amazing for anyone who enjoys plane-watching
wireless costs extra and frequently did not work (when you pay extra for it, it should work!); guests smoked on their balconies (even though rooms were non-smoking) and smoke drifted onto our balcony
Everything was wonderful. Vanessa went above and beyond her job to help us in anyway possible. She should be commended for her wonderful personality.
Convenient location. Great food and ambiance. Well worth the few dollars more that it costs then the other airport hotels.
Kindness of staff
Crowd noise from a convention downstairs.
Stay here before...nice clean rooms, great shuttle service and a great value for such a nice airport hotel.
It's close enough to the airport, spacious, decently equipped. (I found their shuttle isn't reliably punctual though.) The scratched and worn handrails, counter tops, and outlet cover-plates bear the markings of a decades-old hotel that's been renovated. I got a good rate from Booking.com, which is the only reason I chose it over competitors.
In-room wi-fi isn't free. The ethernet also isn't free. I believe that is almost inexcusable in 2014. I found myself leeching the last shred of signal off the free lobby network. Lord knows that is impossible on the upper floors. They really screwed my room up. I was first assigned a room with the bathroom disassembled and full of hardware. They promptly reassigned me (and offered appetizer vouchers) to a room down the hall, yet moments later another guest walked in and it was clear they had done something the computer age seems to preclude by double-booking the room (and I was offered yet more vouchers).
Driving out of that place and never looking back
When I got to my hotel room, there was the previous guests' food, empty dishes and champagne sitting outside the door. It led me to believe that they were still there so I had to knock on the door of the room that I paid for. Secondly they refused to tell me at the time of booking the correct amount that I would be charged. I just got a nice surprise once my receipt was printed. Ughh I hated it there!!!! Never will I ever go back there
The quick and professional service.
Everything was great.
