Pillows were terrible. Overall this place is not worth the price. Stay somewhere less expensive and use that money for fun activities on your cruise or in the area.
The pool/ hot tub were the best. Bartender in lounge where we waited for our room to be ready was fantastic. She made the wait easier.
I did not have a bad experience but the breakfast was a little pricey.
I liked how nice, clean, and attractive this hotel was.
No mini fridge
poor coffee in the rooms and hated the MINT shampoo
Bed was great, gym was nice
No breakfast, paid parking, other hotels next to it does not charge breakfast and parking and it's more expensive.
Location and some staff.
Location close to port, shopping and restaurants.
Hasheen at the front desk was delightful and very helpful. He went out of his way to assist us during our stay.
The worn out chairs in the lobby bar. The below average ambiance in the overpriced restaurant. The food was average at best.
The bed was very comfortable.
It was not far from the airport or Port Everglades. It was also in very close walking distance to many restaurants, which was helpful without a car. The shuttle to the cruise port was also great.
Plasticky bedsheet with concert for the bed not the customer. Very thin walls (everthing was audible from next door). Doors to rooms close with a loud bang!
The see view
We had a late check in and a very early checkout . All we wanted was a muffin for our departure everyone told us we could not get one cause breakfast started in 10 minutes With paying 200.00 for only staying there for 5 hours the least they could have done was accommodate us with a muffin. No one even apologized everyone we talked to just looked at us like we had 5 heads we won't be back we just felt that the workers we re not even trying to help us for the amount that we had to pay for such a short visit. Again we won't be back
PAID Wi-Fi ... should be either free or cost disguised in the cost of the room. Having to pay for Wi-Fi is tacky and low class.
Close to shopping and restaurants
Fees for carparking was so expensive, fee for breakfast, fee for wifi :(
Breakfast buffe is great, nice poolarea, front desk and bell boys are great, clean, big nice rooms, fresh!
The room was not cleaned up properly. I had to complain. I don't like to complain however for the cost of the stay I felt everything should have been better.
The only issue we had was the pool area backed onto a busy road so at times there was considerable traffic noise.
Ideal location to cruise port. Clean, comfortable accommodation . The hotel also organised a transport service to all the cruise ships ( nominal fee ) which was very convenient.
pool area close to main road.
Very comfortable beds. Close to decent restaurants. OK gym.
Breakfast food was less than satisfactory, very expensive for the variety of food offered. Room rate are Renaissance level but the facilities are closer to those of an Inn.
Would like to have more choices for breakfeast
Proximity to cruise port
Noise from the air conditioning unit infront of our door
Location within 400 metres of the cruise terminal 2(?). Great front office staff, very friendly and informative, nothing was too much trouble for them as were the breakfast staff. Simple fare but filling. Close proximity to restaurants. Also were able to check in very early after disembarking from our cruise ship at 7am. Thank your Hotel Renaissance.
House keeping was horrible. Once you have a do not disturbe sign in the morning. After 10 in the morning they will not clean the room any more. when we first checked in, there were a wet rag and a wet towel on the floor.Even if you complain to the front desk you will not get any cleaning. out of 6 nights I stayed there, 3 nights the room was cleaned. Just unbelievable. I will never stay there again.
Room was nice
greet at the door by Kathy bonner with a smile.
you could hear everything going on, even the traffic outside and we were on the 9th floor! The bed was horrible. I've stayed many times in other and never had this experience and parking was a joke... Had to pay 25$ a night.
close to the cruise port
Breakfast buffet could be improved, hot plates required to keep food warm
Well appointed rooms
Can't think of a thing
The staff was very helpful. Food was good. Nights sleep great. Staff suggested parking car at hotel and take shuttle to ship, outstanding..
