Activity at the Lobby
If you are looking for a hotel that is not a casino but still close to the strip the Renaissance is perfect! The staff was wonderful, the hotel was very well kept, and the service was amazing! I wouldnt have stayed anywhere else.
great service, nice people working over there
they should make Internet for free & put fridger
The room was very good value for the money. Great location near the strip.
Room service forgot to bring an item we had ordered. It took a long time for them to bring the remaining item.
Staff were amazing!
They charge for wifi and everything in between!!
Away from the crowd in the strip.
The sound insulation is poor.
That it wasn't "Vegas" but a nice comfortable quiet hotel.
Cleaness. Of the.facility
Pillows really unconfortable
I love the price and the parking availability.
I liked everything
It was clean and Starbucks.
The hidden fees. Upon check-in the cost came as a shock?! You will pay a lot for cabs. Not the safest area either.
Nice room. Easy check in and out.
Paid WiFi. Rooms at $200++ should include WiFi
Value for money and location outside the strip is great. Pool should be heated
Breakfast buffet was bad
No free wifi!
Not noisy, no cigarette smell.
Customer service. Had a problem with bill but it was corrected promptly. Close to the monorail. very convenient for not being on the strip
Noise from other room. Banging noise from air conditioning unit periodically.
Customer Service Breakfast Truffle Fries
Confirmed reservation took way too long to find.
The staff were very helpful, going above and beyond. They were cheerful and ready to help. Our first stay there and they pointed out places of interest and explained the monorail and how close it is. Their helpful advice really made out trip.
Couldn't turn the spa on, but no big deal. I didn't ask for help and no one offered.
Definitely very friendly staff and cleanliness will make me want to come back to stay here again. Also great price for the location.
Only thing is the location from the strip. Will be about $14 taxi ride to get to the strip so if you go multiple times a day, it adds up.
A friend and I enjoyed our stay. Great value for the accommodations and service. Would definitely stay here again.
Everything I ate was delicious.
The only restaurant was an expensive steakhouse. As steakhouses go, not too expensive. But, in a hotel next to a convention center, how is a steakhouse the right option? The only other restaurant option was the open space bar with too short a selection, given that it's the only option at that price point. Seems a mismatch of pricepoints between hotel and food offerings.
Everyone delivered fantastic service.
Room service terrible
It's reasonably price. The rooms are clean and it's very quiet compare to most other hotels in Vegas.
The internet didn't work and house keeping never came to clean my room even after I called the front desk to request their service.
Everything. I will definitely return
The pool is kind of a joke, There were several food trays in the halls over an extended period of time. I asked to use a luggage cart, but was told by a Bellman that they only one who could use them were the bellman. "It doesn't necessarily mean a person is cheap just because he can take care of himself." Obviously the bellman comes first, not the desires of the guest. The property was clean and conveniently located, but, I won't be staying there again. Thanks for the opportunity to share.
