The restaurant and bar was good. Housekeeping staff was nice and polite, gym facility was ok.
Did not like that the rooms was not nice and comfortable,and was over price. The sink in my room was block up with black dirty water, and I was inconvenience and had to leave before my checkout time. The staff and manager was not very Apoligectic.

Uncomfortable beds, plumbing noises inside the room, noisy and empty mini bar. False fire alarm went off at 6 am.

A quiet hotel.Short ways to rental station and to airport.Great rooms nice bath.And no noise from the the aircrafts..For a starting or ending trip to california.
comfortable and quiet room bed very comfortable efficient transport from/to airport good tv although limited programming Ashlee at front desk was welcoming and very professional. Also the operator who helped when we left the cellphone in the room and had to return to the hotel. She was very attentive.
Price for breakfast buffet too high (we had to resort to Burger King across the street). No stopper in sink. Why? Need to pay for internet (although we were able to get it free because of Marriott Rewards) and kind desk clerk.

Liked being close to the airport with shuttle service. Dinner was very good at the restaurant.
No fan in bathroom, and air conditioner didn't seem to work very well.
Close to airport
The air condition in the room was so noisy, could not sleep well. And we requested for twin queen beds and add one bed for kid while booking, but they only offered one king bed and said they do not have enough rolling bed, so no bed for kid while we stay!
phone system was down but we were advised by reception. Loud party was going on on my floor all night and I couldn't sleep but also had no way of getting in touch with reception so a bit of a bummer!

At the receiption, we met Jenny, she was very helpful with a very sweet big smile, she recommended a very nice chinese food fast delivery at very good price, even lower than what we can get in Shanghai. The food was so delicious and perfectly price for value! Jenny also printed out the map for us to pick up our rental car. She is really excellent and professional! Thank you, Jenny!
The cleaning woman knocked the door of each room at early morning, asking for cleaning the room, while we have not yet got up. I presume the guests in other rooms feel the same. We never met such situation in other hotels. Hope this can be improved. thanks!
everything, from the staff to the bed
We just booked something convenient and inexpensive near the airport at the end of our family trip - we were delighted by both the facility and staff. The restaurant was perfect for an easy dinner. We would definitely stay here again.
The pool - well, it's a pool. Nothing fancy, but the hotel caters to business travelers not families...

The hotel had the illusion of being very nice but was a mid level hotel in terms of quality. The beds were comfortable enough, amenities in the bathroom were lacking. The price was higher than the property warranted but it was convenient and provided a shuttle.
The lobby was beautiful. The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly. The gym was very up To date with a relaxing sauna.
The pool location was terrible; on the second story roof outside of rooms. I went swimming and looked up to see several guests watching me enjoy my swim from their room windows. Upon checkout I was overcharged and paid out in cash am incorrect amount. After I left the manager asked me to return back to the hotel to return the cash. The funds I was actually charged were held from my account up to weeks after. I was told a statement receipt would be placed under my door my last nights stay and never received it. The location is in the middle of the ghetto so you are forced to park in their parking structure where they charge you 20$ a night to park. Overall the staff was friendly but seemed unaware of their own policies and hotel seemed to only care about one thing; our money. I don't reccommend staying here.
The room which I had booked was not available. They had to upgrade me and I had to pay $75 extra per night. My question is who will reimburse me?
