Location, nice surroundings, and wonderful staff. It was very easy to get to places in Nashville. To the best of my knowledge everything was good. Some did complain about the elevators but the hotel is working on that. Personally the elevators did work fine while I was there.

Breakfast was good. Costs way too much for what is there. Paying a price like that previously, I have gotten much more luxury, nicer rooms, nicer baths, nicer TV, much nicer lounge. Since you have nowhere to park, you are deceptive with the valet business, which is also terribly overpriced.

Extra convenient to downtown, broadway, etc. a 1/2 block walk to the ryhman. And there's a Starbucks in the lobby, that's a plus in my book!

My wife booked a room with a king bed also called & it was confirmed by phone king suite available . When we checked in I was not aware she had confirmed by phone king bed availability . I am not happy about that part of the stay other than that ok .

The best thing about the stay was the convienece of the location. Parking and several things in the hotel were broken. Staff wasn't very good at providing information.
