Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel and Spa  

rooms were not made up in A timely fashion......had to request the room to be made up at 3:00 O'clock in the afternoon on one day

Very nice staff

We could not get wireless service in our room, front desk transferred us to tech support somewhere, never got service to work. People in the next room very easily heard.

All Staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating

Room for 1 nite was a little spendy

The staff was FIRST class and they have the BEST buffet breakfast at a great price.The fruit was fresh and the omelet station had lots of variety and excellent chef.You are within walking distance of outlet shopping, selection of great restaurants and other entertainment

room was a little dusty.needed to dust behind TV and wipe cords.

We had a great time! We were there for the Fiesta Bowl! We had fun at the bar, Matt and Bill were great! Great Location to walk to the stadium. Everyone had a smile on there face and had a great Attitude! Thanks for a Fun Night!

your buffet was over priced I had thought. for what I have had at other 16 doller buffet . ,the price for in rm.food's are high. if I stay ther again i'll eat out somewere else

The hotel was in a perfect location and the rooms where nice and clean.

The second night of our stay we desided to go to the pool after we came back from the club how ever the back gate was open so we went inside the pool !! The manager on duty came to our room later and told us we had to leave the property or she was going to call the police for trespassing. Si we did we left to the hotel next door the Hampton hotel this happened at 4 am so we are never going to stay in that hotel or recomend any friends there !! The Worest expiriance we have ever had.

I liked the location and it was near shopping centers n restraurants and also the stadium.

i couldnt park in the lot near or around the hotel, even thought i was a guest there. it was a gameday and i called the front desk to ask where i could park. She just told me the lots were closed off and i had to pay to pay the fee n park in the nearby parking lots.
