The room with our view was amazing. Also, the bed was wonderfully comfortable.

Amazing experience were upgraded and must say the attentiveness of the staff was outstanding. Had a minor problem which was attended to efficiently. Thomas was fantastic and would thoroughly recommend this hotel to everyone. Great location and fantastic value for money!

The mini bar was empty ! No slippers for the room the gym or fitness center was small and the checkout was bad

A very nice hotel that is conveniently located. I would definitely stay there when I return to Providence. I would highly recommend it.

I love the decor, it is comforting it makes you feel mellow and relaxed, the food was delicious and the drinks at the bar were great they make great drinks. The only thing is is that you have to use valet parking which costs 28 dollars per day, and they do not mention that when you book, you only find out when you arrive .

I like that it's in a convenient location, right in downtown Providence. What you pay for is well worth it because you really get that royal treatment. The view was very nice because every morning I got up, the State House is right there, this big monument. You can't go wrong. It's a beautiful hotel, which used to be a temple. You want good food it's all around you in one location, especially with the food court at the Providence Place Mall. It's a huge place. The housekeeper are very nice, and very helpful. Plus they have a nice gym, and I love to workout.

The cleanliness of the hotel, and definately valet parking.

It was a bit pricey.(We were here for the weekend and all hotels in the city were booked)

Loved the historical aspect. And loved the way in which the hotel honored that history but with a funky, modern edge in the lobby. And the rooms and decor upstairs were traditional, yet with a touch of modernity infused throughout.

Por el precio no ofrece lo esperado, no es un hotel cómodo. Un solo restaurant y la comida deja mucho que desear. Parece comida recalentada

We thought overall the service was excellent. The parking attendants were friendly and efficient. The front desk was very welcoming and helpful and provided us with dinner recommendations. Our room was clean and comfortable, had a great view of the Capitol and the hotel, while old had a nice hip vibe to it as well. Within walking distance to Providence Place mall and several good restaurants. We would come back to stay.

We thought the buffet breakfast was just ok (good omelettes and waffles), Our particular waitress gave us terrible service, never came back to refill our coffees or take our plates. However, we saw that other servers were more attentive. We didn't like the shower much...the shower head was way too high and unable to be adjusted for pressure. No problems with water temp. The first day but on the day of check out the water was only luke warm and I am a very hot water gal. Wasn't too happy about the price of parking especially since some of the reviews said parking was free, not the case, $28/day added to your bill.

Most uncomfortable bed and dry canned air I have ever experienced in a hotel! We were booked for two nights and actually had to switch hotels after a sleepness night. Would not stay here again. Also, if you are on foot this hotel is not the most convenient to anything..

A very pleasant and relaxing place to stay

The valet parking was a real hassle. The price quoted at booking was increased by $2. The valet also damaged our car - fortunately we noticed as they did not report it. The hotel is very poorly sign posted. The booking confirmation listed Avenue of the Arts as the street address. This does not appear on any GPS or street map. One has to have actually turned off the street, around the building into the parking lot, and be at the hotel entrance before one can see a sign. Also, this is the first Marriott Hotel we have ever stayed at where they would not retrieve our Marriott Rewards number from their system, to add to our booking

Very luxurious hotel.

They didn't have a spare HDMI cable, only had a DVI cable. Couldn't connect my computer to TV, unfortunately.

Perfecte locatie voor zowel cultuur, winkelen en restaurants. Erg ruime en schone kamer met alle voorzieningen (o.a. kluisje, koffie/thee). Goed en erg groot bed. Luxe uitstraling van hotel en kamer. Ontbijt hebben we niet gebruikt en kan prima in de buurt.

Internet gebruik (11 dollar per dag) en parkeren (28 dollar per dag) zijn extreem duur. Merkwaardig genoeg is de douche veel te hard en niet comfortabel (ook niet instelbaar), past helemaal niet bij de rest. Iets te veel geluid van de airco installatie buiten.
