    Everything is nice and clean, personel is awesome. They gave us free wi-fi for the whole stay and a complementary brakfast for the first morning.

    The fare for each room changes according to availability, regardless of having booked in advance. If you are staying at a price, and suddenly the rest of the available rooms are booked, your prices rises. They don´t tell you this when you check-in.

    Room size & lay-out

    Parking rates No amenities (coffee, WiFi, newspaper, etc.) Located next to 16 lane freeway Housekeeping staff was poor Really not a good value for the price.

    I liked the location. Rooms we clean. Concierge and front door staff were great.

    For the price of the rooms, it would have been nice to have 2 complimentary bottles of water in room per day. The fridge was available, but un-stocked. Service at bar was flat. Also, most hotels we've stayed offer a complimentary early morning coffee bar; not here.

    We liked the proximity to the sight-seeing we were doing, we liked the room and we liked the dining area and staff.

    The price was a little over the top. Parking was expensive also and not so convenient.

    The staff was friendly, the servers, especially the manager at maxwells was amazing! Loved the view from my room of Seattle.

    When it came to the ice machine, it didn't work and staff we talked to refused to have someone fix it. The biggest complaint I have was having to pay for parking as a paying guest of the hotel...i already spent a bunch of money to come stay at the hotel and shouldn't have to pay for parking, I dont care if its a big city or not, makes you feel like you're being taken advantage of. Definitely not happy and won't go back.

    Check in service was fast and efficient, even when checking in earlier than the stated time...much appreciated!

    The noisy aircon in the room which it seemed that you cannot control the fan speed?

    Dining. No real restaurant in hotel. The bar on the 28th floor doubles as a restaurant! Not my stile and to noisy.

    it was way over priced and on top of that you had to pay for internet and parking so a room you think you're getting a deal on ends up 100+ more then you thought won't be going back there

    I booked my room through booking.com. On my receipt it said breakfast was included. After we had eaten our first breakfast ($20) we were told it wasn't included in the price of the room even though our confirmation stated on the paper that it was. I spoke with the front desk and the manager about it (and showed them my receipt/confirmation) and both said that it wasn't included but could have been if we had gone through the hotel to book our room. I think if your hotel contracts with these agencies, you should know what they are doing when they book rooms for clients. Im very disappointed with the service, NOT because of the $20 breakfast but for the principle. I will not be staying there ever again and I can not recommend it to anyone. I think its a shame that for a small problem that could be easily solved, you have made our experience very poor.

    Very comfortable beds. Good freeway access. Right in downtown.

    Found clothes left behind between bench and dresser. Price for room was expensive.

    The Location was very good. Rooms were clean.

    This location was not up to Renaissance standards. Over priced for the value you receive. If I would have booked direct the parking would have been free or if you did not need parking you can receive free breakfast.

    Location was perfect for our overnight trip to Seattle, The room was spacious and the view from the 27th floor was terrific. The staff at check-in and check out were very personable and efficient.

    The bed was far too soft for our liking and as is typical for many downtown hotels, parking and wi-fi access adds almost $50 per night to the cost

    The parking, but I don't think there is any good parking in Seattle.

    My room and the hotel's decor was great. I enjoyed its proximity to downtown/Pike area. Staff was courteous.

    My room overlooked a freeway but was barely a nuisance since I was on the 23rd floor.

    The staff were very attentive and arrangements for a baby crib and a microwave into our room was not a problem at all. The hotel was very prompt in answering to last minute requests as well. We needed to extend one more night and we were relieved that we didn't need to switch rooms, which was a major plus especially that we were traveling with a 11-month old baby. Vending machines on different floors and the 24-hour fitness centre was a major attraction for our jetlagged baby who wanted to play at 3 am in the morning.
