Very friendly staff. We were able to check in before 10, even though the check in time was 16. And there was no problem getting the luggage stored on the day of departure. The room was big, and the beds comfortable. Nice bathroom (except from the door thing). Good location, walking distance from a lot of sights. The door to the bathroom was a sliding door that could not be locked. This also meant that there was about half an inch of free space between the door and the wall, giving no privacy or soundproofness.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. The food was over salted and peppered. Not clean enough preparation.

Friendly staff, large clean room, good location, excellent bar on 28th floor. Just the walk back uphill from Pike's Market, but not a big deal.

Friendly staff. Beds were very uncomfortable. We were there on a weekend and had billing issues that the hotel staff could not attend to. Reason given was it was a Sunday, there was no one in the business office that could resolve it. Issues with billing.com as well. tried to double bill us, still working out that issue. would not let us cancel this reservation a week before our stay. Very very disatisfied with the whole ordeal, would never ever use anything associated with booking.com or priceline.com

The front desk ladies were smiling, friendly, most helpful and set the tone for my stay. The room was very comfortable. I will stay there again.

O quarto muito bem distribuido e espaçoso, a equipe do hotel muito atenciosa. Dentro do centro turistico, mas um pouco distante e no alto para passeios á pé.

The sttaf at the front desk was very rude, and unpolite. My room was not ready for three hours, and nobody even care to say sorry.
