Ive never stayed in a hotel and been able to here my neighbors. We were woke up several times during the night by the neighbors door slamming. And the noise from people going up in down the hallway was very annoying. Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Bad parking and no noise barrier. Also there wasn't a frig in the room or a microwave. The room was smaller than we thought it'd be too. Expected the "wow" factor. But got just an "ok" experience. Had a much better experience at the Marriott down the road last summer.
I like the way I was greeted when we arrived. How spacious the room, lobby etc. and how clean every thing was. Just wish your company would consider serving free breakfast.
When I pulled up to check in, I didn't like handing my keys over to the guy outside by the time I checked in and upstairs to check out the room(15minutes), the guy I give my keys to was off for the day and someone else had my keys. I also didn't care for parking situation because we had three cars, trying to get a parking pass was a little difficult.
What impressed me the most was how well the staff engaged and respected my disabled son. I will definitely be a return customer.
I had to pay to park on a lot that was placed off the covered walkway and it was raining heavily. Need not say we were soaked by the time we made it to the door.
The entire facility had an air of sophistication that exuded excellence, from the ambiance in the lobby/lounge area to the comfort and cleanliness of our room. Every request was met promptly and with attention to detail and professionalism. The room service was excellent and the staff was more than willing to accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests and never once indicated inconvenience. We loved our stay here and found it quite refreshing.
There are only two things which we found a bit lacking. The elevators ran rather slowly as the hotel was quite full during our stay and frequently stopped at each floor to load and unload guests. We opted for taking the stairs on more than one occasion in lieu of waiting ten minutes for the elevator. The second area we found a bit lacking was the size of the indoor pool. It was much smaller than anticipated and did not adequately match the rest of the facility. A renovation of this area would do wonders to make this an all around outstanding hotel.
I ordered a Mixed Greens dinner salad as first course. This salad is much too large and only invites waste. My entree was the salmon, spinach and cauliflower. The latter was completely scorched and inedible. Rather than remove the plate to the kitchen, the server left the plate and brought a side plate of cauliflower. By then I was no longer interested in finishing the meal. This issue deserves more training.
Very upscale, very beautiful . Booking.com basically cut the price in half . I was very pleased. ( It was way too easy to sign those cocktails to the room) Overall great experience .
Google maps sent me through about 6 miles of distressed St Louis to get there. The hotel was right near an exit, not sure why that happened.
Hotel was very nice and the staff were all very friendly
I was traveling with my dad (2 adults). Hotel is well maintained. The lady at the front desk was very professional and friendly. She recommended a great barbeque place for which turned out to be great.
The room was excellent and very comfortable.
Loved the pool and bar with the high humidity while there. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only thing I wish it would have had is a fridge
No fridge or microwave
clean comfortable bed near the airport
Bed was comfortable Breakfast was good Hotel was clean
Pay for parking No frig in rooms Pool was closed
Modern, clean, upscale, Great service. Five minute from airport by hotel van. Great Booking price.
The two chicken dinners were good.
I booked a rooms with 2 queen-size beds, I was put in a room with a king-size bed and I wasn't happy with the explanation. I will not return in the future.
The comfort of the room
The free WiFi was only FREE in the hotel lobby. I did not get a room with the double beds. I was promised a roll away and never received it.
Not having a refrigerator or microwave in the room
elevator didn't always worked, only 2 out of 4 elevators worked. no refrigerator in the room.
The staff. The room. The cleanliness. The guys greeting at the door were great
The fact I didn't get to swim. And not being able to check in early
No frig in room
Good value and location to the airport. Staff was very friendly and professional.
The rooms didn't do much in the way of keeping the noise out. Every morning we were woken up by housekeeping in other rooms beside us and above us. The rooms also did not protect noises from inside the room very well as you could easily walk down the hall and hear what was going on in rooms from TV to conversations to other activities.
Beautiful remodel job.
Kept awake half the night by very loud, rude, drunk people going in and out of rooms and down the halls on our floor half the night. Should have gotten my money back.
