Renaissance New York Times Square Hotel  

Very cordial staff, especially the bellhops whom were helpful with directions as well as assisting with luggage before and after checking/out. The lobby was wonderful and inviting. Be sure to check out the RLounge, fantastic views of Times Square.

Great location, excellent concierge staff. Always willing to help out, write down facts and give you any help they could. They were excellent and helpful for our first trip to nyc.

I found it annoying to have to call the front desk for toilet paper and coffee. Neither were refilled by housekeeping and some days it appear they only did enough to make it look like they were in the room, but didn't actually clean. Our glasses were not restocked, but rather moved back to another area. I must say it was very disappointing when all other parts of the hotel were so wonderful.

great location! concierge staff were very accommodating. wished they change their breakfast buffet menu everyday tho lol but overall our stay at renaissance was fun :)

Me and my new wife loved our stay at the Renaissance New York hotel! Everyone was very nice and I would recommend stying here to all of my friends. Coming to the big city from a smaller town everyone here made us fell very welcome and comfortable! Thanks to everyone who made our stay worth while....right from the cleaning personnal right up to the people at the front desk...it was a great place place to stay...:)

The concierge service was excellent and the location was perfect.The personal care products are of a very high quality.

People were great even I wasn't happy

I booked my room thur booking.com a double bed room, where I especifi detail that I need two bed and when I got there. I end up one king bed and roll up bed they blame it on 3rd party. But no problem getting paid or booking a room thru a 3rd party it worked in their favorte. Thank god my kids are small they were happy being out. Sheraton hotel next time.

Localizacao eh boa!

Eu tinha pedido um quarto com vista e em andar alto. Eles simplesmente ignoraram meu pedido. Parece que nem leram o que eu pedi

Excelente localização. Hotel ideal para desfrutar de manhatan a pé. O bar com a Times Square em frente é ideal para o final da tarde e noite.

O pequeno almoço buffet deveria ser mais diversicado.

La situation, le personnel qui reste poli.

Nous avions réservé une chambre et à l'arrivée, celle-ci n'était plus disponible et nous avons du payer plus cher que la réservation initialement prévu en compensation Internet était ne nous a pas été facturé, mais c'est un comble de réserver de de ne plus avoir la chambre à l'arrivée. De plus en arrivant dans la chambre nous avons eu des draps sales. Quand au confort de l'hôtel, par rapport à la rue aucun problème, nous étions au 23eme étage, pas de bruit de rue ou acceptable, mais la chambre était très mal isolé, nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans le couloir, les portes qui claquent, les fêtards, la télé à coté. Très déçu par cette hôtel.

Quando eu reservei o hotel pelo booking, eu tinha pedido um quarto em andar alto, e com vista. Eles ignoraram meu pedido e me colocaram num andar baixo e sem nenhuma vista. Na segunda noite, eu consegui transferencia e entao foi bem melhor. Da pra perceber que existem 2 tipos de quarto: o da primeira noite, meio claustrofobico.. E o da segunda noite em diante, esse sim um quarto compativel com o preco do hotel
