The design of the room, the bed, the large bathroom and the comfy chair. The walls are extremely thin and our neighbors were very loud. However, we could hear everything in the hallways also - it would be nice if they sound proof the doors/walls better. Also would be nice to have free wifi.

The room was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities were really expensive (ex. internet, parking), and there was no information easily available about what amenities were offered (for example, I only found the weather info available on the TV by accident and on our last day).

Beautiful lobby with wifi access and several areas to sit with tables and chairs to work, eat, have a drink or relax on the more comfortable couches. An empty mini fridge where I could store drinks and fruits. Everything was great with the room. The cleaning person was very attentive. Starbucks at lobby. Many doors on each side of the block, very easy access, hotel close to everything. The first night of the stay on Friday (I had combined two reservations of four days each) we were temporarily checked in to an accessible room as there were no other king bed rooms available and we had to change rooms after. Had I been advised about the extremely loud motorized door, I would have preferred two queen bed option, but I was told the only difference was the bathroom door which was not the case. There was a fire alarm testing that went on for a long time on Monday and continued on Tuesday. the guests should have been advised at least the day before, I only received a letter after I was woken up with the test. The letter stated that the test was on Monday only, yet I was woken up by fire marshalls knocking loudly on my door on Tuesday as well, just to say that they would be coming into the rooms later to check the fire equipment. It was unpleasant and I think the hotel should have better informed guests and perhaps offer something complimentary for having to listen to alarms that went on and off for a large part of Monday. This may not have mattered to someone who was out sightseeing but made it difficult when I was trying to get some work done after the long weekend. There was also a problem with the phone system and I had a message blinking the entire week even though I listened and deleted it, asked the front desk several times to delete it and they confirmed it was done. It made the phone message system useless to me as I just stopped checking it. There is construction and you can see rats in the empty parking lot across the street even in daytime. This is the city's and not the hotel's responsibility obviously, but some may be distressed.

The staff was extremely helpful Food was overpriced ($50 for two for breakfast buffet) - I expect better food for the cost. I was able to hear everything on the street from the 6th floor (people, cars, etc..)- you need better windows. I was not able to sleep and had to be on the convention floor 10 hrs a day. I have stayed in other downtown hotels without this problem. I will not stay here again because of the noise.

Great value for money, they seemed to have some special price that time. Awesome location - minutes walking from the White House. Very nice rooms / lobby design - very fitting to Washington spirit, I think. For some reason hotel charged additional amount from our account, but it has been reverted back once we complained to booking.com

Staff friendly and ready to help and answer our questions. You have some great staff, from the bar area to reception area and Josh last name do not remember he is from Kileen orginally. He was outstanding with us. His manerism was awesome and very plesant. Ms. Veronica who helped me get back to hotel and make sure the cab driver did not charge us for taking us to the wrong Stadium on Sunday. Eveyr one very helpfu. My friend enjoyed the stay and we hope to ake it an annual thing and attend a Reskin game yearly. Food in hotel appetizers and the fact you have a star bucks also was awesome. When we ordered the room service breakfast the housekeeping was forgetting to leave the menu for the next day. Not a big issue just called up front. Not upsetting or anyting.

Location was excellent, close to the mall and some nice restaurants in the vicinity. Also close to some rental locations of capitol bikeshare. The lobby was always crowded, some people were even sitting down at the bar with food from McDonalds. Too bad there was only free wifi in the lobby, internet at your room will cost an additional $12,95.
