Location to Conference center
Very little value for money Broken phone was not replaced during 5 day stay ! Indicator for hot and cold in shower the wrong way round (nearly burned myself) Request for 1 hour later check-out ignored/not answered
Fun, modern, and relevant art Comfy pillows Great use of space Friendly staff Great food and drinks at hotel restaurant Convenient to metro
The sliding bathroom door got stuck Housekeeping knocked and tried to barge in at 9am
The hotel was nice and it is next to the Big Bus yellow route stop 46 - which was very convenient to see the sites. There are many great restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
I wish the staff would tell you a bit more of the amenities and how to access them when you check in - there is a small vague pamphlet in the room, otherwise they were very helpful and professional
Concierge was very helpful with info about restaurants and Capitol Bikeshare. Front desk was very courteous also.
Wish breakfast was included
Cost for the room was costy for size of room
Staff very friendly & accommodating!
Air conditioner was very noisy!
Comfortable Beds Good Breakfast Buffet Quiet Rooms
Location is great if you're there for a convention. Also close to Chinatown and lots of great restaurants. Metro stops nearby to get you all over. Staff was amazing! So kind at every turn! Nice clean room. Great shower!
Hallways were a little stuffy like maybe the AC wasn't working in them. I had to turn my room AC all the way down to be comfortable, but I tend to run hot so this might not be an issue for most people.
The gym was large and well equipped.
There were no bathtubs and I had to move rooms because the hot water did not work.
From the doorman who helped us unload our car and look after it while we got sorted, through to the lovely lady serving at the downstairs bar, to the concierge who helped pack us up we felt really at home. Great staff, great location. Thanks
Nothing at all.
We were in Washington for the USJN basketball tournament. This hotel was right downtown, 1block from our venue! We could walk everywhere. Staff were friendly, accommodating, fantastic service by all, from the front desk to the navigator to housekeeping and beyond. Always polite, smiling & helpful!! Beautiful lobby, spent a lot of time there with other families traveling with us! No issues!! Would highly recommend to everyone!
When we arrived the receptionist, Cassie, did all she could to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The cleaning staff were very accomodating and Mohammed, at the Information desk, was very helpful.
Amazing breakfast, on the doorstep to Washington's best attractions, staff and amenities were superb. All this for a reasonable price.
All main attractions were within walking distance. The hotel navigator knew his stuff and provided solid recommendations for restaurants and things to see around the city. The city subway was also close by for longer trips to Arlington. Considering the hotel was extremely busy our hotel room was quite. Excellent internet however its at an additional charge however it is free in the hotel reception. Starbucks facility beside reception.
Clean room & service
Waited to long for service at the resturant. Would have liked a pool or a jacuzzi.
Location, room size, cleanliness
Staff gesturing for tip,
Good Location for short break in washington
Limited Meal options for Dinner, Breakfast buffet was limited
Courteous and helpful staff. Location is good and central to most tourist sites.
Charges for internet availability in the rooms are high even in executive rooms.
Room did not come with a refrigerator. Did not know it needed to be requested or pay extra for.
the convenience of the hotel in its location:the room with a nice size:the bed was comfortableand the service was good
I didn't like the noise coming from next door
Fantastic hotel...no doubt... downtown...staff is helping for everything...
price per night...
the fee for internet service in our room
Staff was excellent....always polite and helpful...from valet park to bellmen to front desk....all were helpful and responded quickly to any request. Rooms were very comfortable, beds great....could have used a little more "moving around" space in the room.
I made the reservation for two rooms through booking.com. When I arrived, there was no record in the system of the second room reservation. Fortunately I had a copy of both room confirmations and the front desk personnel accommodated that with no hesitation.
The hotel was a good location for touring, close to the subway and a quiet area. Nice variety of nearby restaurants. Hotel service was quick and polite. Definitely stay here again.
Location was great. Everything we wanted to see was about 5mins walking distance which was excellent for us.
The staff was extremely rude. My hotel room had stained dirty sheets and we asked 10 times before they finally brought us a new set and told us to change the bed ourselves. We brought 2 wine glasses with us and house keeping took them, when I asked for replacements they charged my room $3.50. There is no open lounge on the roof like the web page says. I also suggest never staying on the 2nd floor unless you are a vampire because the room had no windows to the outside. The fake windows it did have looked into the lobby and you couldn't tell if it was day or night. The charge of the room was fine but the charges for parking and everything else, which they charge for everything else was way to high for what you were getting. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
