Clean New Great decor Pool Great buffet breakfast
No free wifi Location a little far out
the comfort of the bed
I am unable to come up with something I did not like
Buffet breakfasts are excellent - best I've had in years.
Shower was very spacious, view was amazing!!!
Toilet did not run correctly during whole stay. Engineer said it was fixed, yet the toilet ran all night and part of the day. My husband finally had to fix it. comforter was too big and too thick for summer weather, even with the air on.
Check in was uncomfortable. They claimed I had not requested a King bed, when I had. The room wasn't ready, but they offered to call when it was, never happened. It was just a Marriott in customer service. I would not stay here again.
The room was large, very well decorated.
but we were disappointed since it waterfront Hotel we did not think we had to request a room with a waterfront view..:( All we saw was another building. Also now one informed us there is absolutely no parking so your forced to do valet parking..which is fine but unknown to us its $46.00 a night for this service..we should have made aware of this when making reservations
Close to everywhere Staff was more than helpful Room was amazing, clean, and view of airport was nice.
Great location for business travel attending the Convention hole in Boston.
cleanliness of the hotel
overpriced for location. Needed to travel via taxi to get to "active" waterfront sites and historical locations.
Staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable. I always stay here when in Boston
It can be expensive
Location and what a view from our room. Fantastic. Room was wonderful
The hotel was beautiful, and only steps away from the Blue Hills Bank Pavillion. Very comfortable room, and quiet.
The only reason I didn't give the staff an excellent review was waiter we had for breakfast in the hotel. He was very slow at bring us anything, and when he finally brought our breakfast, he didn't bring the whole thing. I flagged him down to remind him I order a side of bacon, he just said, "ok I'll order your bacon. No sorry or I'll get that right in; very nonchalant, which I would not expect in an upscale and expensive hotel and restaurant. I wish I had gotten his name. Every other staff member in this hotel was wonderful to me and my best friend.
Limited free internet access Excessive cost of food
The location is just ok. There are many good restaurants near the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The gym and the pool is acceptable. The concierge is really helpful. The do provide slippers.
The hotel is pretty far from most tourist sights. They only have limited spa services, and outsource to a third party.
Ordered room service for dinner, was not good (taste).
I liked it for all the reasons stated above.
I dislike that waterfront area which is depressing and has nasty traffic if you want to walk anywhere, (people still do that), it is confusing and you feel like you are walking in a highway. And it is a very ugly part of the world. Whoever thought this up, didn't think about anything but construction.
Stayed for nephews Graduation weekend at Tufts. Great to be in the harbour area for the restaurants walking distance into town for some shopping too!
Nice sized rooms - lots of space
It is about a 20 minute walk to the main area of Boston
Staff were friendly and helpful
No kettle in the room. only coffee maker not good for someone who doesn't drink coffee!
Everything about the hotel was excellent, many accommodations like a fitness center, resturan, and a very friendly helpful staff.
As with any hotel the cost is what you would expect based on its star rating.
There was a long wait for breakfast and there were open tables in the restaurant.
They should tell you in advance they have no free parking 46. Per night also in 2014. There should be no reason to pay for wifi and I had to another 12.95 per night
I loved the artistic details - driftwood, sand dollars, seashells and art. The added elegance made me feel pampered. The staff accommodated my check in needs.
I liked everything about my stay.
