The location was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.incredible view of waikiki beach as promised. Although very small area to cater for complimentary breakfasts it was possible to take breakfast back to room to eat. One small detail that was appreciated was the constant supply of cool lemon water available in the foyer. Just right for waikiki's warm weather.absolutly worth the money.

Cleanliness was great. Staff was extremely kind and efficient. The airconditioning was loud and could get uncomfortable at times. There was no pool nor gym. Lack of restaurant in Hotel and high cost of parking car.

Very friendly. Great continental breakfast. Quiet. Close to beach, food, shopping. Breakfast area - it is to small, however, I don't see how that could be fixed cost effectively in this space/time.

Comfortable; good value; close to beach at Waikiki; beach chairs, mats and towels provided on request; nice breakfast provided every morning; helpful staff; excellent restaurants close by. No pool or restaurant on site, no room balconies.

Little jewel of a hotel in the middle of Waikiki; within walking distance of nearly everything. Feels expensive although it is not. All staff speak to you with a big smile - a very personal experience.

The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, also very friendly. The rooms very apparently well insulated for they were very quiet. One very Minot point: I think the bathroom needs a nonslip mat or surface for the bathtub. I found the tub slippery underfoot and a little uncomfortable for that season.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They always had a smileand were willing to help. The bed was really comfy which is hard to find in a hotel. Great location with one of the main bus stops next door and far enough from the centre of Waikiki to be relaxing. Would definately recommend and we will stay there again. Only a couple of minor things. I thought there wasn't enough artificial lighting in the room, and it would have been good to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. Only minor comforts. Only other thing was it's easier to pay for your stay on the first night instead of the last, shopping is too good and too easy to run low on funds.

The staff are very accommodating and friendly, very good service! The building design. It's only one hotel back from the beach and many of the rooms have beach views but only if you are standing up, as soon as you sit down you see a wall as the windows are too high to see out of when sitting. The windows can only be opened about 2 inches and there is only one room per floor with a balcony (and we couldn't get one unfortunately). It's really a building design fault but when on Waikiki beach a fairly significant one.

Location was great. Most of the staff were very helpful. there was a lot of external noise early in the morning but this really had nothing to do with the hotel but woke us up every morning. The air-conditioning in our room was very difficult to get to an ideal temperature.

Location,Location,Location..... Amazing,wonderful,friendly staff Not a big impersonal hotel..... Comfortable trendy rooms.... Delicious continental breakfast.. Great coffee! That there wasnt a pool but beach a hop,skip and a jump away. Noisy air-conditioner but hey it drowned out any street noise!

My husband and I stayed at The Renew for three nights. Durung our stay we clebrated our 25th wedding aniversary. The hotel sent us a bottle of champaign. Thanks guys. The staff exceed all my expectations. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. We ave booked to return at the end of our trip. I would recomend this hotel to anybody

A pleasant change from the mega/chain hotels. An older hotel which has undergone a refresh/update providing affordable & comfortable accommodation one block from Waikiki. Due to limited space the breakfast area gets very crowded.
