Renoir Hotel  

Good location for using the public transit system, there are street people in the area but they did not bother us in our walks in the area around the hotel.

The street people would put some people off.

No way

that is incredible there is no sheets, so anti-higienic. rooms pretty small x the money.

This was a huge let down after seeing the sparking boutique style lobby we expected much more from the room... The room ambiance was nothing like the Victorian boutique hotel the suggested not to mention basic needs were hardly met. At 1:00 am getting into bed we found one sheet!!! No fitted sheet or clay sheet to cover the mattress didn't even have a fitted mattress pad on it!!! Gross! When we called to alert them that they forgot the sheet in making the bed they said they didn't use two sheets and added " in my 30 years" in the hotel business I've never heard of two sheets" wtf!?!? The next day we waited for over an hour in the Lobby for our car that we had valet through the hotel. They new we were waiting for it, we were sitting nit even ten feet from the desk and they told us they already brought the car and took it back because no one had claimed it!?!? Wtf??! Thought they would alert us ithat the car was out front ... Dusky even apologize!

too many drunk people outside around the hotel.

No heat. The calorifer was out of order.

The staff were very helpful and couteous

Wifi access was good but not free

Close to Gay Pride venue, other than that, don't stay there! It is a tired, tired hotel that could be fab with a makeover.

Safe and bedside table lamp broken, one lift constantly broken, paltry excuse for tea and coffee machine in the lobby broken. Could be awesome, but needs a good clean and some new life breathed into it. And... There was a shooting outside our hotel on account of the homeless and disenfranchised folk who hang out nearby.

The carpet was new and very cool looking. The bathroom was clean and vintage- ish. Can't beat the close proximity right on Market St.

There was some bums hanging around late at night when my wife and I got back to the hotel. Nothing too scary, just a little sketchy

La zona donde está ubicado, si bien a pocos blocks del centro , es de peleas callejeras nocturnas. El personal trata de solucionar lo imposible.

La zona es de linyerismo , vagabundos y peleas nocturnas, Hotel no tiene calefacción, ni frío ni calor. Entrada principal por Market Street, anulada por violencia nocturna. Hay que dar la vuelta por calle de atrás. Hotel muy viejo y desactualizado.

Praktische Lage angenehmer service und kompetent ,für Ausflüge am Tage gut geeignet.

Hotel liegt nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit in einer sehr unsicheren Umgebung No Go Area !!!!

Nettes Hotel, sauber und zwecksmäsig eingerichtet, im downtown von sf die fenster im zimmer sind sehr abenteuerlich. Vergleichbar mit einen deutschen 1 stern hotel, wichtig war für uns das es sauber ist.

Keine parkplätze vorhanden bzw, einen bewachtet parkplatz hat uns 15$ gekostet.

ロケーション。各バス、電車にすぐにアクセスできた。 またアーリーチェックインにも対応してくれ、ホテルスタッフも日本語の案内を渡してくれるなど、心配りが行- き届いていた。建物は古いが、部屋も日本人が問題なく宿泊できる清潔さがあった。

窓がきちんと閉まらず、寒かった事と、安全面で不安に感じたこと。ホームレスの多いエリアが隣だったので。-
