There is no capacity for cots in the room.

good location, very close to various subway stops, clean and quite new rooms services are quite basic only, e.g. no concierge who would organise a taxi, had to pay for storing my luggage |

The staff were competent and responsive. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. As to be expected, the room was quite small and the facilities were more or less nonexistent. They did have a computer with free internet as well as free wifi. |

Small hotel but very comfortable with rooms funished to a very good standard. Very comfortable beds - loved the duvets and the pillows were the best I've ever slept on! Good location as although not in mid town it is very convenient for the subway so getting around was very easy. The only problem encountered was the fact people didn't know where the hotel (or Nassau street) was located! ie airport shuttle, taxis. Think this is largely down to the fact the hotel is so new. Just tell them it's a couple of blocks in from Ground Zero - which they should have heard of! |

The very quiet location, for New York (when emergency vehicles were not sounding off). The comfortable bed. Yes, we very much missed a coffee-maker. We did not use the snack center. |

L'Hotel Reserve si trova in una zona elegante e piena di servizi di Manahattan,e questo ne fa la caratteristica più allettante.Inoltre I mezzi pubblici sono molto vicini all' hotel.A Piedi si raggiungono Battery Park in 5 minuti,Wall street è dietro l'angolo e Ground Zero si trova a poco più di un isolato.L'interno dell'hotel è completamente nuovo e pulito.Le camere sono piccole ma con tutti I comforts.L'esterno dell'hotel non è all'altezza,e l'insegna si vede ben poco .Di notte è difficile vederla tra la giungla metropolitana di NYC.Ma è un dettaglio insignificante per il soggiorno.Ottime le ragazze alla reception,molto meno gli uomini.Internet gratis al primo piano . L'esterno dell' hotel,l'edificio sembra vecchio e sporco da fuori.Purtroppo fanno pagare 3 $ a bagaglio se si vuole che li custodiscano il giorno della partenza. |

Las habitaciónes A llegar no tenian dos cuadruples como teniamos reservado y nos dieron 4 dobles, nos dijeron que habría que pagar un poco mas pero al hacer el check out nos dieron un buen susto al darnos el precio, estoy todavia esperando que me hagan el cargo real a la tarjeta ya que me tienen retenidos mas de 3500eur a la tarjeta. |

La ubicación, al lado del metro y del World Trade Center y la buena relación calidad-precio. Eramos 4 personas en la habitación y sólo pusieron 3 juegos de toallas y aunque la pedidmos en recepción no nos la pusieron. |

Ligger väldigt nära Ground Zero och tunnelbanan. Gångavstånd till Battery Park (frihetsgudinnan). Finns inte många restauranger i närheten (förutom lunch och frukost fik). Personalen var hjälpsam och trevliga. Rummen var små och sängarna korta. Sängen var väldigt skön men jag är 1.74 och mina fötter stack ut. |

Bon accueil. L'hôtel est propre et la déco des chambres est simple et clair. La chambre pour 4 est petite mais il y a tout ce qui faut pour un court séjour à New York dans un quartier calme. J'ai apprécié: l'attention à l'économie d'énergie; les savons "bio" qui sentent bons; l'internet gratuit ainsi qu'un ordinateur accessible librement au rez; la garde gratuite des bagages le dernier jour. |

新しく概ね清潔であった。ミッドタウンからは少し遠いが、ソーホーやリトルイタリーに近く買い物や食べ歩き- には便利であった。たいへん安く利用できたので満足している。The room was new and clean. Nice price. Far from Midtown but good for shopping in SOHO area. 室内や館内は若干狭いが、マンハッタンなら許容範囲だろうか。ブテックホテルというよりはブテックホテル調- ビジネスホテルという表現の方が正確だろうか。コーヒーメーカーは備えておいてもらいたかった。The room was bit narrow but OK as a hotel in Manhattan. I wanted to have a coffee maker in the room. |
