Beautiful hotel, great breakfast buffet, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was a little small, close quarters, but well-appointed.

Everything was great. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly & helpful, especially to two tourists like my wife & I who really had no idea how to navigate a big city. There was nothing that we didn't like.

The free shuttle to the metro and Crystal City shopping centre was good. Parking cost $24 but it was possible to park on-street instead. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a fan blowing in our room and it was not possible to turn it off or turn it down. We were told that it was part of the whole internal system and couldn't be changed for the moment. It made sleeping tougher.

Loved the decor Lost a bible in the room......my son Jamie Rodgers was given this as a special gift and left it sitting on the table in room 878. He called and has not heard back yet. Please take extra measured for this as it was his grandmother's with dates and special people written in it. His grandmother passed away.

Free breakfast. Very Clean. Excellent rooms. Maid service was great. Reception checking in was a nightmare. Was charged twice leaving me with no money o enjoy our honeymoon. Guy who checked us in asked us repeatedly to ask questions and the one question we did ask he answered reluctantly and said he was not there to answer that type of question. Leaving us feeling very awkward. The shuttle service was confusing. Every time we tried to get on we were told there was a different one coming and were left standing there. Never got to use this service as we found it easier and less time consuming to walk.

The hotel is very new and very clean. It's important to us to stay in very well maintained or new hotel due to my son's asthma. The hot breakfast and dinner on M-W are nice too. It helps us to reduce stress over vacation with young children a lot. Staff is very friendly and prompt to our requests. Can't think of anything only that we were hoping so much to have a room with a view of the airport and city.

Our stay was excellent. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The shuttle bus was always timely and made getting to the metro very simple. The breakfast was wonderful and 3 nights there was a reception with good food also. I'd stay there again any time. There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Shuttle service was very courteous, stopped down the street and waved us over when we missed the shuttle. Staff was friendly. The rooms are nicely decorated, bed was very comfortable. House staff cleaned our dishes in the room. The buffet would be wonderful if the food wasn't weird. Good location for hopping on the metro, several newer restaurants and shops within walking distance. They let us keep our car in the garage for no extra fee until 7pm on checkout day, just ask. Overall it was a good value, but there are some trade offs. The elevators are impossible to get on in the morning and there are no stairs the public can take. We stood at the elevator bay for at least 15 minutes both mornings trying to get on, tried the steps but they took us into the kitchen area, couldn't find the other set of stairs (I think they were in the fitness center or offices). We were on the third floor and the elevators would stop on the way up, but not go down until they had been to the top. With everyone checking out and going to and from breakfast it was a nightmare. The breakfast buffet on Saturday morning was like a mob and the food was not that good. The eggs did not taste like eggs-they tasted like oil, the oatmeal was like gooey paste, and the pastries tasted weird. Staff had a hard time keeping up with the crowd, soda machine was out of multiple soda syrups. The staff did not have any helpful information about the area beyond the two maps they had to hand out. Pull out mattress was old.

room was big, quiet and clean. the BED. Time to chnage mattresses. Mine was soft and lumpy and sloped to the left, the closer side to the bathroom where bodies tend to accumulate in sleep. My particular back situation hurt in AM for several hours. Most people prefer firm. Breakfast while not deluxe was good and plentiful.

The is a new hotel just on the other side of the river and 5 minutes free shuttle from the Reagan Airport. Located in Crystal City, there are many places to eat and shop. We stayed here for its close proximity to the airport, but would consider staying here for a city trip to DC. The metro is walking distance. It's a new, beautiful hotel with nice views and excellent staff and breakfast. The breakfast opens at 7:00, which is a bit late for some travellers.

I liked very much attentiveness of the staff, comfort and cleanliness of the room. Beds are very comfortable. The rooms have all the facilities the one tourist may need during of his stay. Receptionists are very professional and so friendly! I think breakfast could be better and include fruits.
