Clean Room, Friendly Staff, Great Shuttle Service
Too Far To Walk Anywhere In The Cold Weather
-Close to the airport but never feels like you're in a too crowded place. - shuttle to and from the airport - shuttle to the metro
I liked the hotel location and spacious room layout ( though the finishes are a bit dated). The complimentary breakfast and wi-fi were a big plus. We stayed three nights and we're most likely to stay here again.
I didn't like the price per day for parking but we were able to find street parking nevertheless. The room could have been better vented, but all in all our stay was pleasant.
The Suttle bus
Loved the fitness center made the stay more enjoyable
I like everything about the hotel.
Everything was perfect except for the air conditioning blowing air right on our faces while we try to sleep. We should be allowed to change the air flow direction.
The kitchen staffs were very nice and helpful when we asked for warming up the milk for my elder parents.
the staff were friendly and very helpful. the City/ metro shuttle was an excellent feature and the breakfast was just great.
no shuttle for Dulles International airport
We came here for a business trip and had a WONDERFUL experience. Best morning buffet we've ever seen.
Free continental breakfast and modern facilities.
$26 for parking per night
It was quiet! I liked the separation of the bedroom from the living room and kitchen.
The bed was a little uncomfortable:(
The amenities were great and an excellent value. The shuttle was nice to get us to shops and the Metro for access to DC.
Too bad they didn't have pancakes at breakfast the day we were there. The shuttle could have run a bit later, especially for a Saturday night, to allow for a bit longer stay in DC without worrying about getting back in time for the last shuttle.
Loved our stay!
Breakfast wasn't too good.
The room was clean and breakfast was good.
The parking spaces are too narrow limited space to open car doors on both sides,
We were satisfied with all the services
A knocking sound comes from the A/C once in a while and if you are outside the hotel waiting for shuttle service you can smell the trash located in the loading dock
Thy gym is very nice compared to most hotel gyms and had everything you need for a workout. The staff in the dining areas and housekeeping were very professional and courteous and do a wonderful job.
The location at the end of Crystal City makes it difficult to get anywhere without driving or taking a taxi (expensive). The front desk staff is rude, unprofessional, sometimes absent, condescending, unhelpful and far from customer-oriented. Despite booking our rom at the per diem rate, our rates fluctuated multiple times during our stay and then they treated it as if it was our fault when we brought it to their attention.
Very nice, clean and modern hotel., the staff very friendly and professional.m this hotel was really convenient.m we were able to wash our cloth cook if we wanted to and we were very comfortable overall. The complimentary evening foods were delicious too!
Over all just perfect. Great location, nice and friendly stuff, good breakfast, super clean and comfortable.
We liked the free shuttles to the metro station and Reagan National Airport. We were able to leave our luggage the day of check-out and tour more in Washington until our flight.
Front desk people very nice.. also valet parking personal very nice!!
The room was amazing! We had a full kitchen, stocked with everything we could need. The entire room was clean, and we couldn't hear a sound - not the traffic outside or our neighbors in the next room. It was wonderful!
There was a problem with the Wi-Fi. We called for assistance, and we were told that the hotel recently switched servers so there was nothing they could do; it would take a few hours for the Wi-Fi access to come back online. While that wasn't the best answer in the world, as promised, we did get our Wi-Fi access before the end of the day.
Two shuttle services - one for Reagan National, one for Crystal Drive/Metro for shopping, dining and transportation. Breakfast - great variety daily and staff ensured cleanliness and recycled. Location, location, location - shuttle to catch Metro to any location or short taxi (less than $12 to memorials/monuments). Staff - very helpful and accommodating. Rooms - Rooms were very comfortable (especially beds). Everything you need to eat at the hotel, including limited food menu items available for order and the ability to order groceries for delivery to your room.
Parking - Parking is very convenient ... when you know where it is. We knew the parking was shared with the Renaissance next door, but were unaware that there was a separate side for Residence Inn guests with an elevator that went to the lobby.
Great fitness center and free breakfast. Very clean.
There was lot of work being done on the parking garage for the 7 nights we were there causing inconvenience but still had to pay full price for parking every day ($26/day).
great value for the money cleanliness of room great service/staff
pool was gross
