I enjoyed my whole experience! !!!

Very pricey

Great location that was easily accessible to Washington DC. The free continental breakfast was the best we had ever experienced. This hotel is a must stay for families or business travelers to the DC area.

Great staff. Good price. Nice room. Close to Metro and shopping. Would stay again.

Jc (name?) at the front desk was excellent! Very friendly and hospitable.

The breakfast on sunday was a disgrace. No plates or bowls, food everywhere, coffee pots empty, one yougurt left, tables all dirty. After we got our coffee and tea ,it looked like 3 managers came in and tried to clean and replenish the foods but for us it was too late!

Ooking.com falied to send my boonking to the hotel and I had to pay and worry about a double payment, which I clarify in the morning.

Excellent rooms and wonderful staff. The best shuttle service!

No security in parking garage and it was an issue for the females in the group.Wish there were a few more personal items that could be purchased inside the hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. When our tv didn't work, they offered to give us a new room. When we declined, they promptly replaced the defective tv after breakfast the next morning.

Pool and hot tub need to be open longer!

The shuttle service was awesome. Perfect everytime with great service. The breakfast was just enough. Could use some vegetables and more fiber rich food. I would like the option for fresh fruit juice. I would pay. The happy hour food was good.

It would be convenient to have bicycles for rent or for guest use available at the hotel. Need more fresh vegetables and fiber rich food for the breakfast and happy hour.

My overall experience was great!!!! I fully enjoyed my stay with this hotel.

I didnt like the miscommunication the hotel and booking.com had. I had to call over 5 times about my reservation updates and checking my fiance in before I would be able arrive.

The frige was very noisy.

This is one of the best places that I have ever stayed. The queen studio suite was extremely well laid out. Every staff member I met was so kind. Will certainly stay there again.

I like the rooms they remind me of a effenciy apartment nice & cozy.

What I didn't like was the hotel charge 23 dollars a night for parking.I would of thought 23 dollars for the entire weekend.I also really was disappointed my kids couldn't use the pool neither could I get a good workout.I wasn't please with that at all.When I arrived to check in with my family I saw a sign that the pool & gym was under a new renovation & I felt at least management could have gave us free parking or sumthing to commendate the guess who couldn't use the pool & gym.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Checking in and out was quick and easy. The airport shuttle is very convenient, although taking the last one to the hotel was a close call. The short walking distance to the Pentagon City Mall and the short shuttle drive to the airport makes the location very convenient. The room was spacious, including a kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher and a small dinner table. The sitting area was very comfortable. The room was well organized, well furnished, and very clean. I enjoyed my stay and will return next time I visit DC.

Breakfast was a bit crowded and not very exciting. Sitting in the breakfast area was not comfortable.

Wonderful view of the Pentagon. Convenient to the Metro. Room was wonderful. Staff was very helpful about getting metro passes and looking up tour info.

Our only complaint was Sunday breakfast was packed with people and staff had a hard time keeping up. There was not enough tables and chairs. During the week breakfast was wonderful and relaxing.

The staff were fantastic. We had been traveling 20+ hours from New Zealand to get there and all we wanted to do was take a shower and go to bed but figured arriving at 8.30am all we'd be able to do was drop our bags and have to kill most of the day before we could check in. Not only we're we able to go straight to our (very nice and spacious) room, they even offered us complimentary breakfast, when we hadn't even stayed the previous night! I have never experienced such great customer service from a hotel. Also, when asked for a restaurant recommendation they made a dinner booking for us and when we arrived at The Chart House in Alexandria we were treated like VIP's. We had the best table in the house, complimentary dessert and personalized menus. Plus the food was amazing. It was a really great night. Though it was a lot more money than we had intended to spend on a hotel, it was worth it for the quality of the hotel and the fantastic service.

inconveniences at breakfast - forks missing or a type of food (meat) missing, made me wait until I could start eating, but that was a smaller inconvenience in the morning, at least the food was good and made it up for it

Very spacious, comfortable room. Great location - just two blocks from a Metro station. Very nice kitchen in room. Very affordable.

Bestes Hotel ever!!!!! Absolut modern, sauber.... Hatten ein Studio im 17. Stock mit Queensizebett und Schlafcouch, voll ausgestattete Küche, alles neu, modern, sauber; inkl. Frühstücksbuffet und Kleinigkeiten zum Abendessen, Hotel hat Innenpool und Wihrlpool, kostenlosen Shuttleservice, Metrostation und Einkaufsmall um die Ecke. Kann ich nur empfehlen!!

L'appart très spacieux, calme malgré la proximité de l'aéroport. La navette entre l'aéroport et la station metro est très appréciable et le personnel très accueillant.Le tarif était très attractif pour ce standing. Petit déjeuner très complet.Rien à redire
