I loved the staff and the room at the hotel it was a wonderful experience.
The parking was $30 per day or you had the option to park about 2 blocks down for $8 per day
Location, service, style. Will definitely return for a longer stay
Toilet ran all night (rm 218--forgot to mention when checking out.
Dining room staff at breakfast very pleasant Front desk staff professional & friendly Manager handled price adjustment
Room was not ready for third adult. Parking cost, lack of self-park.
The staff was friendly. The atmosphere was positive.

Valet only parking
Residence Inn was in a great location, the staff was so helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable and the free breakfast was the full spread and delicious!
clean and convenient. Room not really spacious.
had no after hours places to eat or get food within the facility.
The hotel was nice and clean and the servvice from everyone was great.
Parking was a bit cramped...but the staff made it workable with a friendly happy attitude.
The kitchen was nice and clean and the room was well arranged; staff was very polite and helpful; breakfast was average but ok; linens on the bed were pretty
Parking was too expensive, several other hotels in the area do not charge for parking; the carpet in our room (#114) is old, stained, and smells musty; people with allergies are going to have trouble breathing in this room as we did; the bed was very uncomfortable
Very clean and worth the money!
Did not like that the facility does not have a pool.
I was very pleased with the new, modern, clean furnishings, the kitchen, and the great breakfast that was included. The staff was very nice and competent. For the price, I would absolutely stay there again!
The morning breakfast is adequate. The afternoon snack time can almost skip dinner.
HVAC system is hard to control. The noise from the fan in my room kept me awake the first night. They fixed it after complaint. My room number was 515.
The hotel was excellent quality and we were very comfortable staying there
I didnt ask for express checkout but it was charged to my card anyway.
The room was comfortable and clean.
Items were missing in the bathroom. There was an additional $28.00 fee for overnight parking. I will be sure to ask in the future.
A lot to do in area
House keeping didn't answer my phone call about leaving my valuable in room. I left a message 20 mins after leaving and called 5 other times. Days later they finally called and said nothing was found- yeah right. Great tip for housekeeping. She said she would turn into mgmt. for investigation- yeah right! 3 weeks now and no call.
The room was very comfortable; nice complementary breakfast.
$28 car parking fee.
Location to venues visited and the social hour.
rooms were small
The gentleman at the front desk (Thomas) was incredibly friendly as soon as we walked through the door. He greeted us with both professionalism and humor which was fun considering we were there for a bachelorette party. The room was nice and well worth the money considering they are located in Midtown. They also served complementary alcohol on the second floor in the evening which was a nice relaxing start to our girls night.
There were only two little hiccups on our trip. First of all the woman at the front desk during the night shift was not very friendly. The second and bigger is was that the pull out sofa bed was made up with sheets and there were not any sheets and pillows in the closet to make it up ourselves and underneath the mattress it was a little dirty. (It was full of crumbs) Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
Great price, perfect location for me, staff very nice.
Breakfast not to bad, the coffee was to watery.
Did not realize we would have pay $28.00 for parking. Had it not been for this it would have been great !
Paying $28.00 for parking !
Great central location, excellent staff. Received an upgrade for an issue with my original reservation. Highly recommend !
Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.
Hotel was under renovation. Hot water in shower was barely hot enough. Valet parking was more expensive than advertised.
The rooms were clean and fresh. Breakfast was good for a free breakfast.
The place was under construction and was disorganized. The front desk staff weren't very nice. It appeared they didn't want to be there. There was no place to get a drink or snack. The place was rather noisy at night. More so than most hotels.
