They were making renovations and the wifi was dreadful.
The staff was pleasant and the room was impeccable.
There was only one functioning elevator which made getting around an absolute pain!! Especially with the amount of guests that were at the establishment.
All of the people were friendly & helpful.
If anything... I paid cash for my room. The security deposit was $200! Luckily I had that on hand.
I liked the location, the room, and the staff.
I felt like I was deceived by the price, I booked it for $238, and ended up paying over $330 after taxes and vallet fees. Also, my room was hot, so I called to ask for a fan to sleep with and they couldn't help me.
Staff was polite
The beverages chips etc. In the hotel "general store" was expired Oct 2014
The "Market" was very poorly stocked. Hardly any food if you wanted to by from them on hand.
1st room had dirty sheets after the new room no problem! Had to pay extra 20 which I was told on booking that 138 was set price with all charges plus another 28 for parking I was aware of total ended up being 188 which I wasn't aware of!!!
Bed was very comfort able with clean linens room was clean and hotel was close to the night life downtown
Parking on your own Is impossible you have to spend the extra money to valet
Location, hospitality, cleanliness, comfort and everything
The staff was excellent. The valets were friendly, helpful and prompt, and the concierge and desk staff very friendly. The breakfast was very nice. Location was also excellent. Security was good.
None of the furniture in our suite was comfortable. Saggy bed, worn out sofa and sofa bed. Kitchenette was only adequate for making coffee or using microwave. No oven and no counter space. The living area was cramped and awkward. Entire suite in need of update....very dated and worn.
Downtown Atlanta has parking lots that are not secure. Our car was broken into even while valet parked. We were told that parking was at our own risk. Sad but true.
The staff was very polite
The housekeeper did not clean my room after I told them I would be going out for awhile and to bring fresh sheets, towels etc.
No hot tub or pool :(
The location, the amenities, the value added free options such as breakfast and cocktail hours
Great central location with very hospitable staff. The price was unbeatable and the hotel is located next to the 24/7 Landmark Diner, which is the best!
Room layout a bit choppy.
I thought the staff was very friendly and pleasant to deal with.
Loved the studio room I had. Comfy, big, I conducted business meetings in the room. Flat scree LG TV comes with HDMI inputs for presentations
poor breakfast - to say the least!
The hotel is well located downtown with walking distance to the convention center and all major attractions in downtown Atlanta. Next subway station (Marta) is just across the street, with easy access to major shopping centers and the airport. The hotel was clean and the staff helpful and nice. We liked the complimentary breakfast as well as the complimentary Wifi that worked well. A nice and peaceful stay.
It was a beautiful hotel. The staff, especially Bashiri was very kind and helpful. Really didn't need a car because it was downtown.
Didn't like the fact that on top of all the money you pay for the room, you have to pay an extra $28 per night for valet parking because there's no where to park on your own. If you're a customer, parking should be free.
Location. Free hot breakfast.
Parking fees hidden in ad $28 is way too much besides. Heater did not warm the room enough. Persistent panhandlers around hotel.
Very convienent for restaurants, nightlife, subway to airport. Everything within walking distance.
there was no happy hour on Friday or Saturday evening.
The room was pleasantly comfy, very clean and we especially liked having the little mini kitchen for our late night snacks. There was a very nice complimentary continental breakfast with lots of good choices. I would definitely stay there again.
