Great central location with very hospitable staff. The price was unbeatable and the hotel is located next to the 24/7 Landmark Diner, which is the best!
Room layout a bit choppy.
I thought the staff was very friendly and pleasant to deal with.
Loved the studio room I had. Comfy, big, I conducted business meetings in the room. Flat scree LG TV comes with HDMI inputs for presentations
poor breakfast - to say the least!
The hotel is well located downtown with walking distance to the convention center and all major attractions in downtown Atlanta. Next subway station (Marta) is just across the street, with easy access to major shopping centers and the airport. The hotel was clean and the staff helpful and nice. We liked the complimentary breakfast as well as the complimentary Wifi that worked well. A nice and peaceful stay.
It was a beautiful hotel. The staff, especially Bashiri was very kind and helpful. Really didn't need a car because it was downtown.
Didn't like the fact that on top of all the money you pay for the room, you have to pay an extra $28 per night for valet parking because there's no where to park on your own. If you're a customer, parking should be free.
Location. Free hot breakfast.
Parking fees hidden in ad $28 is way too much besides. Heater did not warm the room enough. Persistent panhandlers around hotel.
Very convienent for restaurants, nightlife, subway to airport. Everything within walking distance.
there was no happy hour on Friday or Saturday evening.
The room was pleasantly comfy, very clean and we especially liked having the little mini kitchen for our late night snacks. There was a very nice complimentary continental breakfast with lots of good choices. I would definitely stay there again.
The room were nice, staff good
Conveniently located. A lot of the downtown activities within walking distance. The hotel staff were awesome!
Parking. Valet parking took a while to obtain my vehicle. I suggest calling for it at least 15-20 min. before leaving
Excellent staff. Very friendly at the reception. Cleaning lady always left a small note with a happy message. A small gesture, but it makes you feel welcome. Great location near the metro and main attractions (CNN, Coca-cola, aquarium). Large suite with kitchenette and comfortable seats + desk. Great value for money!
Connecting multiple devices to the WI-FI gave some problems.
Crowded breakfast area
Valet parking only and not self parking
The staff made this place! Warm attitudes, welcoming smiles - gotta love it!
Room needed minor repairs
From the moment I arrived at this hotel, til the moment I checked out, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was my wife's and I wedding day when we arrived and upon discovering this the door man ran to the office and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. They all were very quick to insure that my stay was a great one. The Queen Suit is a great size and is very nice room for the price.
If there was one thing to complain about, it would be the shape of the rooms. They have oddly angled walls and the couch in the living room area has a pull out bed that you can't use unless you move the furniture around, but that is a very small problem compared to the great service and room.
Great location, easy walk to GWCC and many restaurants. Just steps away from the MARTA station. Good breakfast. Dinner/snacks M-Th was a big surprise in addition to beer and wine.
Downtown Atlanta has too many vagrant panhandlers, although they are courteous most would feel uncomfortable at best. Not enough cops. .
Security of rooms, complimentary breakfast, ease of getting to local restaurants
Location, view from room in 15th floor, breakfast, accessibility to tourist attractions and fine dining places
Room size, access to room 1508 very narrow, renovation work,
Great Customer Service. Many thanks to Cristine and Raymond for their assistance with my relocation transition to Atlanta.
Stairway exit to lobby was locked.
Staff was great. Room was clean
The room was extremely small. It was one queen bed in the room and barely enough room to move around it. My friend was with me and we couldn't help but to be in each other way. There was only one mirror that was in the bathroom so it took forever for us to get ready
It really expected a nice room and it was ok and don't feel like my needs where met.
I didn't like paying to park my car.
