Very slow internet. Not a walking distance to Beverly Hills...
Nothing to not like
Location Breakfast Quietness
Parking No Pool
Self contained unit. Easy access to all places by car. easy parking.
Bit unfriendly staff
Parking is not FREE.
I don't deviate and always stay in Residence Inn.
Clean hotel and good location. Reasonable price with the attractive features offered by hotel.
Nothing. Every thing was good except some noice of the air conditioning machines we have been hearing during the bedtime.
good location and facilities
limited car park
Great location, close to Beverly Hills residential area, restaurants and a food mart. Great breakfast but too crowdy between 8 and 9 am. Staff is helpful.
The pool is pretty sad and definetely too hot!
I liked the kitchen in the room.
The queen bed was too small for two people to sleep on. The location is not in beverly hills. It is in beverly drive like 5 to 10 min drive to the heart of Rodeo Drive and Whilsher. There is no swimming pool in the hotel. Car parking is 27 dollor a day. The complete property is too old and its unlike the photos. The breakfast is very poor and closes very early at 9.00 am. I would recommend other hotels because with this price you would definitely find better hotels. However, the only reason I stayed in this hotel is because I wanted a room with full kitchen because I was with children. So if the kitchen is not important for you then do not stay here. This is my personal view. All in all it was too expensive for such an old hotel
Noisy .. You can heart he sounds from the neighbors The entrance for the parking and exit is scary dirty and expansive for self parking
The WiFI need to improve
Location (perfect for a shabbos stay).
Cleanliness, expensive parking.
The staff were helpful to the max. the breakfast is very good and full of varieties. I appreciate the extra care of the General Manager John Beedon, he was keeping an eye on everything, greeting everyone, and if the necessity arise he never hesitated to clean the breakfast table himself. that's the real manager. Very Special thanks to Mauricio Joya, from the front desk, he was a great help for many many inquiries and did his best to ensure the comfort of our stay. I will be glad to stay there again and again.
The elevators were very old and need an immediate update.
nice location, free breackfast, car parking available ,internet available ,available self service laundry.
the room are small and the bed are small (Queen) not king.
The recommended tour of Beverley Hills was a complete rip off . VERY expensive for a tour , most of which comprised visiting other hotels to pick up guests ! A supposed 3 hour tour was in fact under an hour of actual sight seeing . Tour company had clearly lost their grip on reality .
Location good. Breakfast outstanding.
Room on the small side. Whilst the hotel has on site parking I was surprised to have to pay additional cost to park at the hotel
Dining and breakfast very poor for a hotel managed by the Marriott. Limited selection for the breakfast. Food served with sport plate.not worth it for the money paid and checked out 2 days earlier than planned
Staff was polite and helpful. Great breakfast. Room spacious and convenient (2 adults + child),
Had to pay 25$ extra for parking (might have been written somewhere in the original deal - but I do not remember).
Valet staff were so helpful and friendly they redeemed the hotel alone. (Otherwise I had thoughts of cutting my stay short and booking into another hotel further into Beverly Hills)
The kitchen was devoid of a kettle (to make tea) and the coffee maker was ancient and was not supplied with filters. When I left a note asking for a kettle I was given an ancient pot style that you have to heat on the hob! During my stay my room was not vacuumed at all!! And there were signs you could use for staff to indicate not to replace towels daily! The complimentary breakfast was also very poor so only had once. I travelled out every morning thereafter to have breakfast at one of the many places off Rodeo and Beverly Dr.
I stayed at the Residence Inn by the Marriott for one night in LA 2 weeks ago. The staff at the front desk (2 guys on different occasions I didn't catch their name) were so helpful and polite. They made our stay particularly comfortable and were extremely friendly any time we dealt with the hotel.
We arrived at 8 am from a flight from Sydney so we were pretty tired. There was no room available just then but by 10 they had one of our rooms ready. The parking attendants were extremely helpful, running to get us maps and directions for us. We found the rooms very comfortable and the breakfast quite generous.
