Room was nice and large. Checkin was quick and nice but except for the card was not recognized as card holder, not that it really matters.
One time I went to purchase some water and the staff was gossiping about people at work. I find that very uncomfortable.
Everything. Especially the free breakfast. We chose this hotel because of the location and free breakfast. Would book again on our next trip.
Nothing. Wonderful vacation in Boston,
Great location to MIT and downtown Boston and to Metro at Kendall Square. Very clean and comfortable.
very friendly staff, great breakfast, great snack shop next to reception.
wifi already got cancelled in the morning of the day of departure before check out. would have been nice to be able to still use it at least until after check out.
location. great acess and proximity to subway
small, stuffy room. not many amenities inside room. expensive.
Great hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Our queen suite was spacious and very clean. Location near T is convenient for travel into Boston. A few stos from Fenway. Great location if visiting MIT. Our request for early check-in was granted and our room was ready upon our arrival at 2PM.
Parking fee is pricey. We received a call next morning advising that we were parked in a reserved spot in the public parking facility used by hotel guests. Had to move car, but there were no signs indicating that the space we had parked in was "reserved". Not too many attractions in close walking distance to hotel.
The room was clean and modern.
Location is very good. Room comfortable ,kitchenette is Very convenient feature. Staff is very friendly. Bedding staff ,pillows especially- great
Very poore breakfast. No grocery store near buy. Expensive parking. Other than that everything is Very good!
big room, breakfast
Room lay out - good TV screen - fast elevator
expensive limited offering of fruit for breakfast
Everything is perfect. Friendly and helpful staff. The spacious room is in good condition. Super hotel! I will surely stay here again in my next trip to Boston.
Nice MIT neighbourhood. Two transit stops to downtown.
- the place (in cambridge and close to metro station) - the breakfast - the staff (nice and efficient)
the comfort of the sofa bed
Spacious studio, very clean, comfortable sofa, big breakfast, very convenient location
The staff were helpful and the rooms were spacious. I really appreciate the gym although a rowing machine would have been a really good addition.
There was no safe in the room. The breakfast was not great. The cereals were all very high sugar as was the oatmeal and with the single exception of the eggs the only alternative was processed food and/or high GI bread products.
Very nice room with a kitchenette and office space. Great breakfast was included with the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location, right around the corner from the Kendall/MIT T-stop. Great, free wireless connection. Everything was very clean.
I liked that it was clean and comfortable. It was also close to the subway station and only a few stops away from Harvard, many restaurants and shopping venues.
I did not like the free Wifi connection. It would kick me off every day I stayed at the hotel. The first night I had to talk to the IT department and they fixed the issue but it happened the 2nd night and I didn't feel like spending 10 minutes just to get something that is supposed to be free.
