Staff and view
from walking into the Inn you have a feeling of "home". The staff is excellent and they are accomodating 24/7. We have stayed there approx 10 times now and each time we know what to expect--comfort and clean. The housingkeeping staff work very hard to leave each room immaculate.
Sorry, nothing to report...
The staff was very nice
Pool was dirty and a hazard. I slipped more than a few times on the floor needs more ventilation. The workout room was a shoebox and the breakfast area was way to small. Not enough seating. I didn't even get to eat breakfast one of the mornings which I paid for with my room.
The view from the hotel
Desk Staff were great!
Really need to have blow dyers in the rooms, and more seating at braekfast.
Rooms are spacious, modern and clean
First night with a room facing intensive car traffic although rooms are well insulated against noise
Breakfast was great. Variety was really super. View was very good. Convient location. Staff first rate.
Pool too small, Hot tub not hot.
Lovely location at marina. Very helpful staff. Very comfortable, clean, good-sized rooms. Laundrette onsite. Good range of food for breakfast.
Swimming pool is very small. Not always enough seats at breakfast. Distance from city centre not obvious on listing. Booking.com emphasise price before tax rather than what you will pay.
Lovely suite. Ideal for a family. Staff so friendly and helpful
Location was excellent. Our room over looking the water was very nice. The facility was extremely well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The area was quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay again.
The cost of $40.00 per night for parking was extremely high.
comfortable and clean plus location
very good breakfast and close to trolley.
Staff was just wonderful, especially the evening shift at the front desk and although I risk spelling their names incorrectly, I must mention them. ..Marbella and Anneisha. All Staff were consistently helpful.
The big spotlights from the parking area were directed up on to the building and it was impossible to block them completely at night. They should be re-directed down to the street which is where they are needed as that area is a little spooky after dark; I wouldn't walk out there after nightfall. Local parking fees were very expensive.
The pool and the evening snacks during the week.
Need to have more towel racks in the bathroom if you are requesting guests to reuse towels-- especially if there are 4 people to a room.
Location, breakfast, room
Price, Reception a little pushy, like fast food establishments
This is a great place to stay. The members of the staff were always very friendly. We loved the view of the harbor. The USS Constitution is just a few steps from the hotel!
great family room with small kitchen that was fantastic. lovely view of harbour.amazing breakfast-eat all can-kids loved it.
a bar would be nice but was not a problem.
Size of room was good. Kitchen facility was useful. Breakfast was nice.
Room was spacious, and the kitchen was a plus. Quiet location. easy to get to from the major highways.
Not close enough to mass transit, so getting around was a bit of a challange. Also I was told that parking was free, but when I arrived, I found out that the free parking was limited to only about 20 spaces. The choice was then, $40 a night for valet parking, or a private lot across the street for $20 a night.
The facilities we're clean and spacious. It is a well-maintained building.
The staff was rude and incompetent. I was overcharged for a number of things. It took me repeatedly calling to get it straightened out, and the whole time people we're arguing against my points, not explaining what was going on with my card, and not a single person EVER apologized. In fAct, almost every staff member was annoyed with my inquiring about certain charges made to my card (and there were 6). Not to mention, we were checking out at 12 and going to a brunch and they were completely unhelpful with what we could do with our bags for a couple hours. Every other hotel I've been to will hold them for you or offer and alternative, or at the very least a 'sorry we can't help you'. I got 'if you are a minute after this time we're going to charge you'. I have absolutly NEVER had such bad service at any facility.
The area was acciable to just about all we wanted to go to and see
Had some WiFi problems but worked it out and I would love it if they had a shuttle to and from airport
Walking distance to TD Garden. A great place to stay for Celtic or Bruins games.
We got a upgrade in a suite, which was very nice
We loved the small pool for the children. The room with the kitchenette was great too. Location was awesome too.
The price of the room was a bit pricey and you have no choice to park. You have to pay valet 35 a night. We ended up staying outside in a Hyatt in Cambridge and got so much more for less money. The even had complimentary shuttle service to musuems
The location to the TD Garden was super convenient without the crazy city crowd. My kids are uncomfortable in the city and they enjoyed our stay, felt safe walking, and even commented on what a nice area it was. Loved the breakfast as it meant we could get the younger ones out of the room quickly and keep them occupied.
The prices at the hotel shop! Way to expensive for a drink, snack, and ice cream. The other thing I didn't like is that they should tell you the bathroom is in the bedroom. It made the sleeping logistics a little difficult
