The staff were great. Especially Eileen, Dottie & Julia, who really went the extra yard for us in addressing a mattress issue (and spoiling our three-strong party to atone). Facilities were generally first-class and the buffet breakfast offered great variety.

The suite was quite small -- and the sofabed/rollabed mattresses need to be updated, generally. Otherwise, the facilities were excellent.

The accomodations far exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff was so helpful and kind. Unbelievable free hot buffet and dinner mon- thurs. It had everything we were looking for. Complimentary grocery shopping.

Long term residents doing tons of laundry- difficult to do just one load of laundry. Couldn't unpack suitcase due to no dresser and only sm closet space.

We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.

We had an incident with the shower being scalding hot only with no cold water. The hotel sent a technician to fix the problem over an hour after I needed to take a shower. This repair took another 30 minutes. It wasn't the end of the world losing 90 minutes of my vacation, but I did find it strange to not receive any 'comps' or even an apology from the hotel.

The location was perfect. We were there to see a Boston Celtics game and we were able to comfortably walk to the game at TD Garden. There were also restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance. We even took a water ferry over to the New England Aquarium. The staff at the front desk were very helpful with suggested sights and breakfast was amazing each morning.

Staff were excellent Nice warm breakfast included Pool and exercise room available.

Parking options were limited to valet or public lot with no in/out.

Everyone of the staff were so friendly and polite!

The staff was absolutely great. Lisa was extremely helpful upon check in and when she heard thw news of our concert being postponed was just as great if not more. She remember why we were there and expressed her condolance for the disapointment. Everyone else at the desk was great too. One girl didn't even have her coat off and opened our drink and csshed us out. The hotel was beautiful and our view was perfect. The valay men were excelent as well. When rihanna comes back to boston we shall too and we will be more than happy to stay with you guys again. Five star hotel in our eyes. Keep up the good work.

Parking is the tough one but that looks to be how it is everywhere in that area

When we arrived, Dotti assisted us in checking in, she was amazing. She was very friendly and helpful. During breakfast which was great, Luis helped my son and I figure out how to use the waffle maker. Again, he was super friendly and helpful. Please pass along our thanks to both Dotti and Luis!

My guests and I really enjoyed our stay at the residence inn. The view was beautiful and our room met all our expectations/ needs. The staff at the front desk was also helpful with pizza menus and helping with cab rides. The location was perfect and we would be happy to stay again.

The hotel is a 5-7 minute walk to North Station which is perfect for viewing the city. The water view of the marina was gorgeous. If you like Italian food you are a stone's throw away from the North End...just wonderful!!!

There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel. There is much less expensive parking a 6 minute walk away but was not suggested by the hotel when we asked about options.

We found our stay comfortable and convenient. We were attending Disney on Ice with our young son and it was very close to the Garden. Our son loved the pool though the spa was down for service so he was a bit dissappointed about that. The included breakfast was nice, better then many other hotels we have stayed with. I would say the price was average for a Residence Inn. We will def. stay there again for any future Boston overnight stays.

There should be free parking for all guests.

Quiet, comfortable, & clean room, excellent complimentary breakfast, and check in staff very kind and helpful.

No in house restaurant, no headphones for exercise TV's, and no airport shuttle.

location was a little far out

It was a convenient location to a number of touristic sites (Bunker Hill Monument, uss Constitution, Paul Revere House, etc.) in Boston, and many great restaurants. Everything was within walking distance (my husband and I are walkers) and we felt like we were able to take in most of Boston by walking about for 2 days. The accomodations were nice but beware the bathtub was slippery and my husband actually slipped and fell! But thank goodness he is tough and only left with a scrape. The breakfast was plentiful with many choices including make-it-yourself fresh waffles, yum! We also enjoyed the hot tub at the end of a long day walking.

The staff were very friendly & professional. Rooms were big & very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, lobby area was comfortable & cosy. Location is good, close to city centre & by the harbour.

Location on the harbour was great, as well as the proximity to Quincy Market. Great breakfast.

The attention to detail and the quality of service was higher than expected. First rate brakefast - excedllent advice formt he reception staff - and - parking and room service all provided a great personable service.
