Just 4 miles north of Boston, this Chelsea hotel is an 11 minute drive from the Logan International Airport. To Residence Inn By Marriott at Logan Airport, I am writing this letter as a formal complaint. On Wednesday March 27, 2013 I asked for help in getting picked up at the Pre-Flight long term parking lot at 111 Eastern Ave in Chelsea. I asked to be picked up after I left a vehicle parked there and to be taken back to the hotel. I called at 10:30PM and was told that the bus would be there in 5 minutes. I waited at the front of the parking lot in the cold. I actually saw the bus go by on Chelsea street and go across the bridge. It went to the airport first to pick up some other patrons at the airport and then the bus doubled back to pick me up. I had 4 people in my party and we waited outside in the cold for 30 minutes. If I had been told that it would have been 30 minutes instead of 5 minutes I would have either waited in my car with the heat on, or called a taxi or just walked to the hotel. Having the right information is so crucial. If the front desk and bus driver had just been upfront with me I could have tolerated it better. Now I am just inconsolably mad and will never choose to stay at your facility again.

I loved the spacious and open floor plans of the suite... The staff was courteous and kind, great about addressing my concerns and taking care of me while I stayed there. The family in the suite above my room was extremely loud, when they walked it made my ceiling rattle... This caused a disturbed night sleep. The fire alarm in the middle of the night just added to my continued lack of sleep.

We stayed in a king studio which was spacious and very comfortable. It was very clean and there were nice touches, like dishsoap and nice toiletries. The sofa (which is also a sofa bed) was very comfortable. The breakfast was quite good with a range of choices. The pool seemed ok, but we did not use it. The proximity to the city was great and the shuttle to the airport T (transit) stop makes it about a 20 minute trip to downtown Boston. The only thing that we didn't like was that one side of the hotel faces a highway (I know...you can't have everything!) Unfortunately, I could hear some of the traffic noise at night. Putting the fan on solved this. Otherwise, a great hotel choice.

The room was beautifully furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. The lighting in the bathroom was poor. It was difficult to see to apply makeup. MOST IMPORTANT: We only stayed for two nights, and the morning after our arrival, something went wrong with the plumbing, and there was no hot water until late afternoon. I had to heat water on the stove to bathe and wash my hair. I FEEL WE SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST BEEN OFFERED A DISCOUNT ON OUR BILL TO MAKE UP FOR THIS MAJOR INCONVENIENCE. We went to Boston for two days to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, and these accommodations certainly didn't contribute to an enjoyable vacation.

From the moment we walked in the door it was a very comfortable atmosphere. Candace was so wonderful and helpful and we could not have had a better place to stay We will definitely be staying again I am a early riser and did not like the coffee maker I guess I m just spoiled with my Kurig

The room was very spacious and well decorated. Bathroom was large. Staff were courteous and helpful. It is a bit remote. There is nothing around it. There is no restaurant at night. Bar food only. Complimentary food in the evening is a bit casual for my taste. Figure up to 15 mins to the airport in the shuttle.

its proximity to downtown and the airport the streets of Chelsea do NOT have street signs in the blocks near the hotel so using MapQuest or other maps does NOT work

Most courteous staff - Cindy , Karen & Candice were always serving with a smile . The shuttle service was very prompt from Airport back and also for regular drop to the Railway station nearby. Most of the drivers were very frindly and informative about their city and the Hotel . Regarding the Room , it is the best part . Very comfortable Suite , bathroom is modern and living area is cosy. The bed is soo comfortable , i ended up sleeping one or two extra hours. I am definately coming back in my next visit to Boston

New Hotel, all very clean. Great Staff. Conveniently located not too far from the airport. No problem to visit Boston by Hotel Shuttle + Train. Very good breakfast. Spacious rooms. The area near the Hotel needs to be resored. The hotel shuttle for pickup from the airport can be improved ( long waiting for pickup).

Near to Logan airport. Room was fantastic with everything you want. Shuttle bus was a bonus. Staff were lovely ,really helpful. My last stay in Boston was made perfect by this hotel.
