Okay, the other half of the staff was very non-chalant, to a point of
not caring, or giving the illusion of being very unreceptive. The suite
we stayed in had a subtle but still very annoying aroma of smoke or
cigars, mixed with fake cleaning product. There was a very dubious
looking white stain on our couch. Above all my biggest gripe was the
thin walls and the over all layout and design of the suites. Every time
someone comes in they have to pass through the first outter door, which
slams shut, then if they're in our hallway, they have to pass
through another door. Both doors slam shut so loud, it resounds into our
suite. All through the day we hear the slamming of doors. The doors need
springs to slow their closing. The constant banging of doors grows weary
Another issue is the construction of the suites is very confusing. The numbering scheme further confuses new comers, and the staff person we got (the worse half) didn't explain the set up to us. So we had to carry our luggage in and out of suites, confused on which one was actually ours. The connecting doors between hallways NEED signs. As it is, they are just blank white doors. How is anyone suppose to know that their designated suite is behind it? or someone's room? or a storage closet??
I liked about half of the staff members. The breakfast was mediocre, but
for the price, I suppose I can't complain. The size of the hotel was
size and large.
