Comfort; views; staff very friendly
Cleanliness -- found spider webs above bed
The suite was sunny and roomy. The breakfasts and evening snacks were served well and the staff kept the area clean and inviting. Location is perfect. Front desk staff was welcoming and knowledgeable.
Plumbing issues in bathroom. Had to call maintenance 3 times (in the middle of the night) before it was resolved. No apology, no offer of compensation for a major inconvenience. We were there for 5 nights and felt it could have been handled faster and better.
We arrived very early in the morning and we were able to get our room which was absolutely fantastic.Loved how we were always greeted as we came and went from the hotel. Very helpful when we asked where sights were located. The breakfast was great as well.
Didn't have enough bedding for the pull out couch as we had two girls who used it. Took a little time and follow-up in order to get it but other than this, it was great.
Very good location, large, spacious room, normal beds are confortable.
Breakfast is poor, does not worth the money, the suite is really big, but the bathroom is smaller then a tiny toalett, and they have crammed in a bathtube as well. It is so small, that the washbasin is outside the bathroom! The hotel is worn, the pictures are putting it to a better light than it really is. The refrigerator is very old, and really noisy. The sofa bed is very unconfortable. Be aware that the various taxes are addin ~20% to the displayed room price.
Everything was wonderful! Staff was friendly and accommodating!
Location, bed comfort, cleanliness,
Was not able to access Wi fi
Great Staff at the counter and Valet, extremely helpful,
Our room had wet carpet upon our arrival, we had trouble adjusting the hot water complained three days in a row. Also the location of the bathroom sink conflicts with the opening and closing of the bathroom door.
good value for money family friendly spacious rooms generous breakfast and evening snacks 3 nights per week
Two bedroom suite at a very reasonable price. Only two minute walk to Magnificent Mile. 10 munutes to the beach. Staff very friendly.
Cooked breakfast was a bit poor but fresh fruit, cereals and waffles were enough to see us through
location, breakfast, spacious room
Valet has excellent service
The 2 suite room has only 1 bathroom. The room service will not fix the beds unless requested.
The location was really convenient for us because we really just wanted to be close to Lakeview and Boystown and this is literally 10 mins on the bus--if that--and much faster than the L. You just take the 146 up. The rooms are nice. Lobby had great fresh water with fruit every day. Very near all the things in downtown you might want to visit. Great access to Lakeshore path.
This is only relevant if you drove into town: The lack of parking options. We had to valet the first night and then we just ended up driving to Lakeview and parking on the street and taking the bus and walking around town. $60/ night is redonk when you can park in other garages for $40ish or probably less within a few blocks. Breakfast is okay. But don't expect much. The hot part of the breakfast is really industrial food and gross.
Staff were friendly and pleasant, nothing too much trouble. Location is amazing, round the corner from John Hancock. Beautiful room with kitchen (no oven) ideal to make the odd meal. Full size fridge/freezer. Breakfast-very good
Everything. The staff was outstanding from Tamesha on the phone. Chuck at the curb, and then Tamesha, Tristan and Iessha at the front desk. The room was great and the two bedrooms resulted in the best sleep of our trip. The breakfast was delicious and Tracy and his helper never stopped moving to keep the area clean and supplied.
There was nothing I didn't like. ALL GOOD
Air quality -- so many hotels have air-flow systems that cause dry, sore throats or sinus problems. The air was clean and not too dry or too moist.
Despite registering as a family of four, we never got more than one set of towels. Each day we had to call the front desk and ask for enough towels/washcloths for our family members ... and then wait and wait for the linens.
The staff was very helpful and my stay was quite enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast is a nice plus.
The elevator is quite busy at peak times and I would have taken the stairs but as far as I could see the stairway is only accessible going out of the hotel, not coming in.
Close to bus and shopping.
No change in the breakfast menu.
Staff made you feel like it was a home away from home! Could call us by name. All were extremely hospitable, professional, efficient and warm!
I did not appreciate the fact that Booking.Com advertised the lowest price because it was not. I should have booked through the property!
Excellent location, staff, rooms and service,
No residents bar.
Loved the location, the room was huge and very clean. Staff was awesome and very helpful! Beautiful views from 18th and 19th floors. Will visit again!
Location and staff were excellent. Room was very clean and comfortable. Well decorated and homey. Would definitely stay again!
Tiny tiny bathroom for a group of five. No vent in the bathroom. Not enough mirrors in the bedrooms.
Everything else was great!!! :)
No bar in hotel :(
