The pool and breakfast were the best part of this hotel. Hot tub was out of service. Room was out dated...uncomfortable pull out couch. One of the staff members Floyd yelled at us for smoking outside. We were by the ash can 10 feet from the building. He wanted us to back up another five feet because he had headaches. He bothered us twice which I felt was very rude.

The chlorine in the pools are way too high. I could only sit in the hotub for a very short time cause my eyes burned so bad. I talk to some other stayers and they agreed with me 100%.

Staff were exceptional Queen suite worked well for older kids. Shuttle to Mall of America was super convenient! Breakfast was very chaotic. It was cramped, understaffed and frequently ran out of food. Hot tub was not not working properly...water was lukewarm.
