Property was clean. Easy access from freeway. Breakfast was good and staff were attentive I replenishing items.
Room assigned was at the end of the building far from elevator. Only stayed one night but would have been nice if staff volunteered info at check in.
It was very convinient and the size of the room was perfect.
We did not get maid service. I like if my staying over that we have fresh towels and the bed is made.
Free dinner in addition to the free breakfast. The rooms were a great size.
The pool looked alittle cloudy and dirty.
The suite suited my needs very well. I was travelling with a 9 year old and a 15 year old. They enjoyed the pool.
The housekeeping staff failed to service our room the second day of our stay. Consequently, we ran out of toilet paper and the beds were left unmade. I did, however, manage to get fresh towels earlier in the day.
Excellent suite, with good breakfast and hotel facilities. Also enjoyed the "complimentary managers BBQ" on the 1st evening of our arrival.
This hotel is pet friendly. Beware if you see a "FOUR LEGGED GUEST PRESENT" sign on an adjacent hotel room. We had 3 small dogs in the next room that yapped when their owner open the door. Dogs should really only be allowed in a seperate wing of the hotel and not mixed with non pet owning guests.
We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and polite. The suite was clean and spacious. When we asked for more towels and wash clothes they were brought to the room quickly. The kids enjoyed the small tennis court which was next to a nice outdoor sitting area with grill you could cook on. The pool, hot tub and fitness area was kept neat and clean. The free breakfast was not great but good.
The store was smaller then it looked in the photos and the breakfast staff should check more frequently to ensure that the tables are cleaned off after people have finished eating and left.
the breakfast was very good cleanliness breakfst staff very friendly location to attractions were great
ice machine in room not working was reported to mgr several times with a response that the ice takes time but still wasnt working the next day, beds were uncomfortable especially the pull out sofa, fireplace not working hood over stove became very hot and could burn someone or cause fire was reported to mgr the pool and fitness center were in a different building so we would have to walk outside in cold to return to room the nose level of the ouside door to parking lot kept me awake and people obove us sounded like a herd of elephants room could be more sound proof with 4 adults in room only 2 could view the tv
Spotlessly clean, large quiet bedrooms, enviting living room, great k
Loves the rooms very clean and they seemed like they were new. Nicely decorated was like an Appartment
The bathroom was cold and the rooms were inconsistently different in temp . The breakfast was complimentary but was just ok ,no staff to check how people were using the waffle machine and this is dangerous especially with children around
Very nice facilities. Stayed five nights. Pool and gym open all hours. Room very comfortable with complete kitchen.
Mixup with bill at checkout. Gave me a higher rate than booked but corrected it without a problem.
My only complaint was that when we got back to the room for the night, The pullout mattress was ripped and in very poor shape. It was to late to request a room change. Three of us ended sleeping in one bed with the 4th on the couch insted of the pullout. I felt that I should have been credited for the inconvienence, especially since I stay at Marriots quite often for business travel.
The two rooms we booked were connected and each had a full bedroom (with separating doors) and a room with fold out sofa and a kitchen with refrigerator, stove top, dishes, etc., and table and chairs. There were large TVs in both the bedrooms and living areas. There was plenty of room for our family. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Pack and plays were available for 2 infants. The breakfast was good. It included fresh made waffles, scrambled eggs, hot and cold cereal, yogurt, coffee, etc.
I wish the breakfast was offered longer. It was available only until 10 am. Check out is 11. We would have liked to put our bags in the cars and stay longer at breakfast. We were not told to leave, but we knew it was closing at 10.
The hotel had some recent updates and the location was convenient to local attractions.
We were shocked when we opened the pullout bed to find the mattress top was completely torn off on 3 sides ! The stuffing was covered only by the matress top flap and so we had to wrap sheets around the entire thing to keep it together so our children could sleep on it. When we called the desk we were told there was no other mattress cover or matress pillow topper available for us to try to make a mattress out of this disaster of a "bed" ...It was not acceptable!! It was a very unsafe bed!!! So unsafe in fact, that our young children could not have safely slept there. We put our children in the king size bed and I had to sleep on that nightmare of a "bed" ...Needless to say I got the worst night sleep ever imaginable and got up with such a terrible back ache and back muscle strain ! . They should be ashamed of themselves for charging us $279.00 a night! It was outrageous!!!! I'm actually getting so mad all over again just having to think about it that I feel like calling and asking for a full refund. They should have paid us to stay there!!!
location and staff- room was very nice
