Gym, wifi, location, cleanliness great,
Problems with the key cards and the front desk folks was having problems too with their key cards. Overall great experience and I will return
Aside from great room and value for price, the hotel staff were very friendly and willing to assist with my various business support needs at no charge.
Loved the kitchen and location
large rooms and own kitchen
Breakfast serves allways the same thing.
After being on the road for 8 hours, it was a comfort to have a nice place to relax before heading back onto the road for another 6 hours
a couple of the White bathroom towels were more gray than White
My wife and I was recently there for our 2 year anniversary. Residence Inn is where we stayed in our home town Baltimore the first night after the wedding before going on our honeymoon. The entire facility is very nice. The one thing that stood out to us both is the comfort of the rooms, especially the beds which we didn't want to get out of each morning. It was the same both times here in Baltimore and at The National Harbor.
The hot breakfast.
No evening snack.
Perfect location for my visit to the area for a business conference. Nice rooms, friendly staff, and secured location. I was impressed with the kitchen: full size refrigerator, mini stove, dishwasher, and real dishes and silverware! The rooms were quite comfortable with ample living space to enjoy.
The gym was quite small with minimal equipment. The swimming pool was always full and was also small. Laps did not appear to be an option! The beds were comfortable, but the walls are very thin, making sleep impossible with noisy neighbors.
Distance from Metrorail
Breakfast very limited
The clerk that checked us in was very knowledgeable and courteous. The free breakfast was a bonus. My two sons loved the workout room.
The customer service that I received when I called. I kept calling to try to make a reservation/switch a reservation so that I could get the family rate for the family reunion that we were having and I wasn't getting results. The first time I called the lady told me that my 1 year old daughter would count towards the number of people in the room and that I needed to reserve 2 rooms. A one year old does not take up that much space, and our daughter sleeps with us. It would have been ridiculous for us to get another room.
Location, right across from the harbor.
Our suite wasn't clean. We found stains on sheets and walls. The staff is very friendly and accommodating but after we confirmed our late check-out with the front desk the cleaning person stopped by our room 4 more times within an hour asking when we were leaving. Lack of communication.
The hotel was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast offered by the hotel was one of the best I have had, always several options. I would stay here again and would recommend to others. There security measures were better than the hotel across the street
This isn't necessarily about the hotel but more the area..we were in town for the 4 of July and had contemplated staying in National Harbor or going in DC to watch the fireworks in DC . Upon our return to National Harbor after the fireworks it looked like something from a movie...mass crowds of older youth and a small army of police officers. It seems the area needs to somehow monitor or control who comes and goes. The noise from the motorcycles was an issue on a couple of occasions late into the night. It is a nice area..I would not have felt safe having my children or myself in the crowd that was there on the 4th. The only other issue was since a few of the properties in the area were Marriott properties. .getting a taxi was an issue. I had to go across the street to get a taxi...all but once.
The price was not inline with the accomodations
Room , place, reception , breakfast and social evening
House keeping and room maintanence
Everything was as advertised and very clean.
