In a renovated building with a lobby featuring a glass ceiling, the Courtyard is 2 blocks from the New Orleans Convention Center. It includes a heated outdoor pool, a hot tub and a well-equipped gym.
Score from 290 reviews Very good
In the Arts District, this hotel has modern rooms and guest laundry facilities. It features an outdoor pool with deck chairs, a fitness center and hot tub. Louisiana Superdome is one mile away.
Score from 364 reviews Very good
This historic boutique hotel is located less than a mile from New Orleans’ vibrant French Quarter District.
Score from 581 reviews Excellent
Just steps from the French Quarter, this New Orleans hotel has free Wi-Fi in every room. A complimentary continental breakfast is provided each morning.
Score from 392 reviews Good
place was freezing. breakfast not healthy choices. Breakfast was a mob. no help from staff with maps, info, etc.
everything was great, except the fact that they charged my card an extra incidental fee without my knowledge, but it was taken off at checkout. Unfortunately I have to wait 5 days for my refund.
This hotel stay was awesome!!!
The only con was we were not given any towels when the room was cleaned the first day. The old ones were removed but not replaced.
I loved the big two bedroom suite we had and the refrigerator. We had plenty of space to stretch out. We will be staying here again!
Sofa bed was so-so. Wifi sucks.
Pool felt like a resort. Good food and excellent service at breakfast. (Mr. Duane was great!) Gym was clean and sufficient. Kitchenette was perfect.
The bedroom was not separated from the living-room, in the studio, contrary to what was shown on the pictures.
This hotel is close to the French quarter, but for a much lower price than hotels in the French quarter itself. It is well connected to many touristic places, thanks to the street car lines.
Valet left every car unlocked after parking them.
Other than first night experience, every thing was great!
We moved the next night facing the pool, and slept great! No noise! Breakfast was great!
I think this hotel is overprised.
facility was very good for family of 5. We rented 2 BR apartment. Breakfast was very good.
Upon check out we wanted to stay another night, I asked if we could carry over our same rate and the manager said no. Manager said he could book the rooms at the higher rate and that was the price if we wanted it, turned his back and walked away. Not a good business move especially since we were there for two+ nights already.
Close proximity to everything. 1.5 miles to Cafe Du Mond and everything else. We walked everywhere.
When I requested a late check out the front desk gave me the run around.
The sofa sleeper was terrible and needs a layer of foam or some think padding to make it comfortable. I had to sleep between the wire ribs cutting into my back.
Expensive parking A litlle bit away from the center
A rich breakfast Large room Friendly staff
the facilities were not as nice as other Residence Inns that we have stayed at.
this hotel was very convenient to the World War II museum. We had some minor problems but the staff addressed them immediately. the srtaff was super friendly.
Too expensive for what the hotel is and offers!
What I liked most was the chefs and their food: Do make sure Duane and Greta are running the hotel restaurant, and you'll enjoy the food!
There wasnt a trashcan in the room except for the bathroom. There was no way to trash items after cooking or period
We were in the heart of everything and if we couldn't make it out to dine everything around us would come right to us! Breakfast was one of the best complimentary breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel.
Our mattress was a bit firm for us and the blankets a little thin. In the kitchenette we had no dish soap or sponge for hand washing dishes (we're a family of five and there are dishes and utensils for 4 - using dishwasher is not convenient). Had to log into Wifi every time we returned to the hotel. All that being said, those are minor inconveniences for the advantages of this property. I would recommend this hotel easily.
The hotel was in a good location for Mardi Gras activities, friendly staff, great breakfast, spacious rooms for large families. Although it was too cold for us, they have a nice pool and a pickleball/multi-sport court. Walking to the French Quarter is easy (about 15-20 minutes) and the World War II museum is 2 blocks away. It is spectacular! Many parades during the season are very close to the hotel, but the noise or crowds were never an issue for us.
Actually liked everything and will return.
This was a Last Minute reservation. Did not have to book the typical 2 plus nighter during this holiday. RATE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE CONSIDERING TIME AND LOCATION.
Sofá beds only suitable for small children.
we were traveling as a group of 3 couples and two singles. We reserved two rooms with a total of three rooms and planned on the singles using the sofa beds. Sadly, they were not fit for adults to sleep in. Happily, the manager very kindly provided roll- away beds free of charge and the problem was solved.
water pressure in the shower was horrible - almost impossible to take a shower - it was so bad it ruined the good things at the hotel, food at breakfast was not great, room smelled musty, no shampoo was in the room when we first went in, no glasses, no dish cloth, no paper towels, one spoon. the room was advertised as two bathrooms - it was actually 1.5 baths.
workout room, spa, swimming pool.
The staff doesn't listen. We asked for a close room to the lobby, we got the furthest away. The room had 2 glasses and a plate. coffee pot was broken. The refrigerator smelled like fish. The room smelled like someone dumped a bottle of Febreeze to cover up the fish smell. The bed was ok, not the same quality of other Residence hotels we have stayed. Thankfully we didn't spend a lot of time in the room.
loved the lobby, the pool is good
Felt the prices were high
The parkin was horrible have to walk to hotel from parking was across the street then u had to pay
The was very helpful and friendly.
