The bad is definitely out-weighed by the good, but it should be noted that the bed was not very comfortable. I've a pretty high tolerance for this, and in general don't complain about such, but both my wife & I experienced back pain the next day as a result of (we assumed) an uncomfortable night's sleep.
The worst thing, though, is that thinness of the walls / ceilings. At times, we felt as though we were in the hold of a ship. The creaking of ceiling wood with each shift of a body upstairs or a footfall next door, was not a minor problem. In the future, I will ask for a top-floor room, and may not be able to return if none are available.
The free parking is very helpful, as is the location to at least two major bus lines & the MAX. These will get you nearly anywhere you need quickly & efficiently.
The pet-friendly policy was also appreciated. Finding a nice, clean, safe hotel that accepts pets for a reasonable fee is often difficult.
The kitchen was outfitted nicely with plates, oven, etc. Made for a cozy final evening by the fireplace.
