Great location. Walking distance to max rail station and llyod center. Complet kitchen set.
We stay at ground floor. We can hear the footstep of somebody walking above us.
The bottom units let you hear every footstep the people on the upper floor make. The first night was extremely noisy. I was almost convinced that stomping was going on upstairs.
Enjoyed the homely feeling of the rooms .. The full kitchen made it easier to shop and cook meals rather than always going out to eat. The free breakfast every morning was a great surprise. Beds were comfortable and toons spacious enough to not feel cramped up. And free parking was a major plus... Overall can't wait to come back and stay again
The only thing was stairs if you were on the second or third floors and if you have a lot of luggage.. Be ready for a workout.
Close to loved ones Definitely our home away from home Friendly and accommodating staff Always our destination when in Portland, OR
Quiet. Very pleasant staff. Easy access to public transport.
Air conditioning is noisy at night. Turn the fan to auto.
Located near the freeways & Downtown - easy to get around with light rail if you don't have a car
Floor lamp did not work - told front desk about it buy no one ever came by, I was on the ground floor and the people above me were very noisy until the wee hours of the morning
Comfortable, spacious room
Maid carts parked outside our accessible room all day, poor lighting at night.
lovely big room, pool looked nice (but I was too busy to swim), spacious feel
people upstairs got up 4am and stomped around on my first night - not enough sound separation between floors - it kept me awake. They got up 6am the other days. Sleep was a problem with my late nights at the conference.
close to restaurants, mall and other places. free breakfast
Deferred maintenance, had to change rooms due to failure of air conditioning.
The breakfast was good.
Beds were hard
Good location. Good value. An older property that needs some maintenance.
We stayed in a two bedroom loft. The loft area got really hot and the air conditioning did nothing to cool it down.
Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff great breakfast
size of living-room/kitchen needs more space in lounge for breakfast
The room was large, clean and the kitchen was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful - even when confronted with a small blackout in the neighbourhood
The location was out of town, which reflected the price but we were able to easily get around on the Max - thanks to the helpful instructions from the front desk staff.
The host lady, Charleene she was very gently and helpful. doing the extra mile, the same with the lady at the front desk in the morning Emilia. This chain of hotels is really good always, what make the difference from one place to another it is the staff.
The front desk staff in the evening was awful not at all helpful. They worked as they didn't want to be there.
I liked the layout of the room. The bed was comfortable. It was convenient to park outside the room and the parking was free. I could bring my dog and there was a safe place to walk her. Convenient to stores and restaurants.
It was impossible to sleep on the hide-a-bed couch. The bed was not made up and there was no covering for the pillow. There was food on it when I unfolded it. The breakfast was a big problem. There was no coffee. The milk containers were empty, the silverware was non-existent, and and the places to put dirty dishes was overflowing and hazardous. There were many unsupervised kids who were lounging (but not eating) all over the tables so there were no places to sit. Although when I asked the people at the front desk to ask some of them to give up their seats for my elderly parents, they were helpful. The nighttime sprinklers went off and blasted our windows and woke everyone.
Plenty of free parking spots, hassle-free wi-fi, helpful staff
For this price range, rooms are a bit worn out; hey are not to the same standard as in other hotels from the same chain. There was no fireplace in our Queen studio, even though the description on booking.com said there would be.
Next to mall, separate entrances, loft and pool.
The beds were hard, loft style not convienent for kids, close to freeway/tram noise.
Centrally located, free parking, nice breakfast, friendly staff, free wifi
Bed was uncomfortable
breakfast was no food or coffee available. not enough space to sit. food was already out at 8 am and was not refilled . would not recommend at this time and would not come back
Great room located in a perfect spot for my visit. Walking distance to great mall and train. I came to visit my son and it was walking distance to his apt.
No elevator. Had to climb to 3rd floor. I need the exercise anyway
Staff was very helpful. Being a close location to family.
Your bedding from the closet made us feel itchy. Needs more help for your breakfast rush. Ran out of food & plates.
Location, cost, kitchen, space. All very nice.
We will ask for a second floor next time. Conversation outside was disturbing, as was the need to keep curtains closed for more privacy. Although there was no evidence of bedbugs in the appartment, I did see two (2) "silverfish" while in the dining area.
Location is great. I also really like the suites -- great for myself and college-age son. Free parking
Freeway noise, staff not friendly
