Dirty silverware in kitchen drawer. Hair on extra blankets.
Apartment-like buildings made for nice environ. Breakfast was excellent with cooked options as well as continental options. Kitchenette would be nice for multi-day stays. Located just off 440 so handy.
I liked the location.
I almost didn't leave a review - but I feel it necessary to ensure the issues get resolved. First, the man at the front desk input my credit card inaccurately. Then he told me my card wasn't working and embarrassed me. I spent 20 minutes contacting my boss and my bank, and they said it was input incorrectly. The man said it wasn't his fault - but clearly, it was. Second, behind their desk looked a mess. It was a bad first impression from the way he treated and the way they cleaned. They also had a security guard sitting there which made me wonder what goes on at this location that requires police on hand. Thirdly, I go to my room, and the doors is covered in spiders and spider-webs. I had to tear them down to get into the door. Fourth, I get in the room and there are moths in the curtains. I spent 5 minutes killing the moths. Fifth, I begin to set up for the night. I think everything is behind me at this point. I go to sit down in the computer chair, and I see green / brown stains on the chair. I grab a paper towel from the counter and wet it, and it was coming off of the chair. That said that no one had really tried to clean the room, and that could have been fecal matter for all I know. Finally, I go to use the bathroom, and under the counters are cockroaches. At the point, I did not feel good about staying there. The facilities could have been nice - but I did not feel they took pride in their work at all. I will never stay at that hotel again. I lived in a Residence Inn for a month before, and it was a very pleasant experience. This location severely damaged my trust of their brand, and I do hope they remedy these issues.
Love having a large enough counter in the bathroom to hold both toiletry bags easily with room to spare ... this is so rare and VERY helpful when traveling! love having the sitting area and kitchen, and room to spread out. And very helpful to have the bathroom separated into sink area and tub area.
Would have liked a shower cap and hand lotion. Not a big issue.
Price was excellent for a weekend stay. The suite was clean and cozy. The accomodations were great and the brkfst was super!
Staff and cleanliness
sofa sleeper needed an update
Pleasant rooms, friendly hotel set up, well equipped kitchen
Room was rather dark (very little daylight)
I loved the wooded setting and the helpful staff always had a smile.
There was nothing that I disliked.
Always enjoy my visit. The manager evening meal is really the best a person could ask for. Great job
I absolutely would stay at another residence inn again. It was amazing. They were the cutest little suites, so clean and the staff was awesome! If I ever go to the states again, i'll be on the look out for another Residenc Inn! Pool was so clean too which was awesome! Rooms were exactly as shown in the photos online. This place exceeded my expectations! Especially based on the price! Free breakfast was great too!
Quiet surroundings, pleasant staff
No outdoor green space, lack of pool
It was very spacious and clean. All the comforts of home!
Water did not stay hot long in shower!!
Wish there was like a over night security
Nice setting and atmosphere, nice amenities, room was comfortable, friendly and helpful staff!
Someone walking on floor above me kept me up during the night.
It was a quite area.
The fan in the upstairs loft is extremely loud when it is activated but after 5 minutes the noise would subside. Other then that every thing was good.
It was kid friendly
Beds weren't really comfortable
Staff was very friendly.
Room was a bit worn out. Televisions in bedroom and living area were back-to-back with a partial wall separating, and each remote would change the channel on the other television.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, the room was wonderful, and the breakfast qas a nice touch with plently to choose from. Overall, we had a great experience.
I did not have any hot water in my room
it was clean and very comfortable and a great price for families! I loved the fireplace with the match light log! Very cozy!
I was put off by being asked to sign a disclaimer about parties in our room! We have a 3 yr old and felt like they weren't being very observant and apprehensive about our stay.
The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good.
Fireplace in the 2 bedroom loft.
Place is old. Staff was very unconcerned that room wasn't available at 4:00pm. Told me to go sit in the breakfast area until they eventually might contact housekeeping.
it was an apartment setting
that it was only non smoking.
Accommodations and breakfast provided.
We love the consept of the place. Very good value for your money. Staff of the place wher very good and helpful
