We love everything about this place and the staff was awesome they are very friendly and helpful excellent service. We didn't like leave this place that's about the only thing we didn't like.

Great service from the front desk. Carlos was accomodating with keeping us away from the elevator. They even let us check in early. Quiet hotel - We really appreciated this during a heavy holiday weekend. The staff gave us tips on what to do during the holiday weekend. Rooms are clean. We will use this hotel again! Breakfast - if you eat later, there may not e enough food choice for the traveler.

Extremely comfortable My only suggestion iss that the elevators be more clearly marked. It was at times confusing until we remembered where they were.

The continental breakfast was good. The room was spacious and clean. Very quiet. Check in was easy. The bed was not comfortable. There wasn't enough blankets in the room. The extra blankets in the closet for the pull out bed smelled used.

The location is excellent, had no problem with noise even though the train line runs along the back of the property. Room was fantastic equipped with everything that was needed.

Realmente fabuloso. Gostamos de tudo no hotel. Limpeza e conforto do amplo quarto. Localização próxima ao ótimo bairro de Littel Italy e seus ótimos restaurantes. Staff muito atencioso. Recomendamos!!!!!

Confortável para família de quatro pessoas. Muito bem localizado e com atendimento muito gentil. Na sala, o sofá cama para o terceiro filho estava bem desconfortável.

The staff were cheerful The facility is showing its age, the price was too high for the age of the facility. There was a ventilation unit that constantly ran pretty loud, maybe a good thing because the train roared by several times and the humming probably muffled that some.
