Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was very delicious. Travel distance to San Diego Zoo and Sea World was near by, 7-10 min away. Freeway access is perfect.
I didn't like that the pool closes early. They should keep it open until midnight.
- Staff helpful and friendly - Room was comfortable - Morning make your own waffles were great.
- Bit pricey
The staff was very helpful and courteous. House cleaning service was also very good
Suites were large and clean. The staff was very helpful, it was raining and we had a walking wine tour for which we were not prepared for rain and the staff gave us umbrellas for the whole group of 9.
While sitting at the pool it was quite noisy, but the area is very nice.
house keeping was not for everyday
Good spacious rooms that fit all of our needs. Staff members were very friendly and approachable. Will definitely stay here again.
The staff was very helpful ..the room was very clean..they serviced breakfast and dinner ..the price was great for all you receive. ..
The AC. unit could have been easier to use and not be pre programmed for a certain temperature at certain times..
The hotel is in a central location to the Harbor, Seaport Village and pretty close to every where a tourist would want. The breakfast offered were good with a variety of choices. The pool is a bit small and sitting on the side, you can get splashed pretty often but still good. We used the pool side grill twice during our visit and it was nice for the kids to swim while we grill.
It was pretty disappointing that the entire facility shares only two washer and four dryers. Considering that there are long term residence, it took a long while to get a washer after walking a distance to check if it's available many times. The rooms come with only a couple of towels but they are willing to restock.
This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they couldn't do enough for us! The breakfast was beautiful and there was always a wide variety to choose from. They had food/drink themeds evening Monday -Wednesday and I have never seen anything like it - spectacular!! I felt very comfortable and at home in this hotel. I will definitely be back here and recommend it to anyone travelling to San Diego!
This hotel room has the best floor layout I have ever been in. The location is close to trolley, Little Italy, pls they offer free transportation within 3 miles. The front desk team were very friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast hit the spot.
Slow and small elevators.
anythings are very good
but if you put a big pan for the steak in the kitchen will be better
Well The Hotel is close to Downtown, Close to Sea World which was the purpose of out trip. Served breakfast.
Parking is at 14USD / Per Night. I was charged 14$ but there were no parking available so I parked out at the street. The Rooms are small compared to other hotels. Watch the toilets , they can flood. Bathroom doors did not close right. The worst thing was the TRAM / TRAIN. The tracks were only a few meters away from the window... The noise and vibration were not fun at all.
Good location Pool+jazzuzi
Just average breakfast The hotel room was not ready for 3 guest and the sofa bed was very unconfortable, if I compare with Europe Marriott rezidence.
Spacious room, really appreciated to have a separate bedroom and a living room + cooking facilities. Good location, close to USS Midway and Star of India, otherwise you have a complimentary shuttle (just add a tip) to go to the Gaslamp quarter, Convention center, Embarcadero village, Old town, Balboa park and San Diego Zoo, very convenient. You also have a streetcar stop just one block away. On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday night the hotel offer you a light dinner buffet in the lobby with beer, local wine and soda, very nice, as we didn't have to go outside for dinner and spend money.
The price was high due to a large convention in San Diego, but we wouldn't probably find cheaper for the same location and services offered.
Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, however we were not told that the hotel backed a really noisy railroad that ran all nite long. It wasn't bad after the first night.
free shuttle bus location，seaside on opposite
We have four， but no additional bedding prepared； No heater in shower room
Very friendly and helpful staff Shuttle close to the city train good access to downtown 2 blocks from Little Italy close to the airport
Very helpful staff. Mr. Carlos Gallegos was excellent.
1- Your breakfast bread inedible 2- The Milk cans is not fit to drink for humans where when you opened it appeared very smelly
limited parking available
We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the breakfast and free shuttle service. Carlos at the front desk was very friendly and helpful in giving us information on how to get around since we did not rent a car. Very convenient location and close to trolley stop and little Italy restaurants. We would stay again for sure.
