Rooms were very nice for the price. And the breakfast was really good

The staff was really races toward black people when I got the room online it I paid for a smoking room the room had didn't have any no smoking signs on it the next day I was charged a 250$ fine and the took an extra 150$ out of my account my whole check was gone and when I went to talk to the manager she was very rude about it she told me sorry for my loss and have a nice and is there anything else she could help me with I manage a store myself and I never treat customers like that

The room was superb. Having a laundry downstairs was a great bonus. I think the idea of having a pantry of mini grocery store is a great idea. Free internet is also great. The location for us was ideal, and having the hotel shuttle bus to the centre of town was another bonus.

The $10 surcharge for parking our hire car. Mind you, we did get the $20 back due to my misunderstanding that theree was going to be a charge. having said that, you should not charge travellers/visitors $10 a day, it is not good for business

Great again! Our second stay and it was perfect for our family - the amenities including the van service, the game room and the breakfast make it perfect for us.

I hate to say this but might need to look elsewhere for our next trip as the beds are too hard for us. Also, the breakfast buffet was understaffed on Sat morning -made it difficult for them to keep up with the larger crowd that day

Quote from your site "dog fee may be charged". Our dog is a 4 lb non allergenic tea cup poodle and they insisted on charging $100 even tho the fee not quoted on your site from where I booked it,ruined our trip!

The service was exceptional. From cooking my breakfast to buying my groceries to driving me to the mall for my Christmas shopping the services the staff provided left me with more time to stay with a friend undergoing medical treatment. The room was well-designed and well thought out. If I thought of something I needed I often discovered it was already there. And as a person with special food needs I was especially impressed with the kitchen facilities. Hotels with kitchenettes usually include a pot or two and a couple of plates, but here there was a well-stocked, functional kitchen. When I discovered at about 8pm that one of the rings on the cooker didn't work they had it fixed by around noon the following day. Being able to cook and using the shuttle rather than renting a car saved me a great deal of money. Very reasonably priced laundry facilities.

There was constant noise from the freeway. It's an area that's built for driving, so not terribly convenient on foot.

Room was lovely. Convenient to town although we did drive. Parking was easy downtown.

Breakfast was really, really busy, so they could have had another staff person to keep things running a bit smoother. Fruit bowls were empty, no forks, bussing cart missing when we were ready to bus our table, juice was out. Like I say, they were really busy!! This may have been unusual. I would have loved to have had adult hours for the pool!

We had originally wanted to stay in downtown Seattle but could not find any rooms in our price range when we started looking. We did not realize that it was Memorial Day weekend (we are from Canada). We ended up finding your hotel and boy, were we pleasantly surprised. It is a great hotel, easy access to Seattle, close to freeway, great breakfast, clean, rooms are great (best hotel bed I have ever slept in), staff was friendly and helpful, all in all, a great hotel experience! We would definately stay there again and will recmommend it to people we know travelling to Seattle.

the hotel is clean and accommodating , traveling with kids was a lot fun especially when they have a games room, it was clean and overall stay was excellent, I have stayed here twice now and would stay here again as well as recommend this to friends and family

yes , srubs in the backyard of the hotel, it was not a good site, a lot of overgrowth

I appreciated the decor, it was very modern and welcoming.

I thought my room could have been cleaner; I noticed hair on the floor in the bathroom area, dirty dishes in the dishwasher... Things like that.

I also likes that the room had a kitchen which for a family allowed us to keep food which reduced cost. There is also a fitness room and small pool.

Paying for parking.

The hot morning breakfast was excellent!

There should be more blankets in the room, because the person sleeping on the pull out couch froze all night.
