I asked for a one bedroom suite but was upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite on a very low floor. The noise from the road and construction was very annoying but not as bad as the equipment room or garage door noise that was almost continous throughout the day and night. The furniture was extremly uncomfortable and very worn in the sitting room. I would have asked for another room but we arrived very late and were extremely tired and did not want to repack everything to move to another room. The hotel staff should know that room 235 and others above the area are very noisy and avoid those rooms when possible or make ammendments for the noise.

The street car stopped right across the street for easy travel to and from downtown. Fairly nice park right across the street. Fair to good breakfast. Coffee all day! High parking cost!!! What was supposed to be a FULL kitchen was nothing more than two small burners and a microwave. Try cooking a full seafood dinner under that situation :-( No restaurant in hotel. Slow, slow internet at peak times.

Great free breakfast, convenient streetcar and bus stops right out front going to downtown. Rooms very nice and comfortable. Parking was $25/day! We returned the rental car 2 days early to avoid this ridiculous fee. The only restaurants in walking distance are quite expensive, but with the streetcar travel into town is not bad.
