Nicely decorated one bedroom apartment with lots of mountain style accessories will keep you in the mood.Covered parking under the building.
Resort Properties of Angel Fire was horrible. By chance I had to talk to them twice before my stay and asked them twice to send me check-in information, but they did not. Although check-in was no earlier than 4pm, their office closes at 4 on Saturdays - something that was not mentioned to me beforehand. So there we were stuck in an empty parking lot after a long hard day of skiing with no place to go and no hope this was going to get resolved soon. I called the emergency line, but nobody responded for an hour. By then we had already checked ourselves into the Angel Fire Resort which was wonderful. Because of our negative experience with the apartment property management, we felt they would not refund us our money, so the Angel Fire Resort graciously allowed us to check ourselves out of the hotel and we stayed in the apartment. The property managers never even had the courtesy to call us, so it's obvious they don't care about this property or our return business. I will never rent with them again. Next time we are in town, we'll be staying at the Angel Fire Resort - it's just feet from the chair lift and is so beautiful!!!
A bit of a haul to the slopes with kids in Ski boots. Don't expect anything more than college apartment quality (ie. bed table was outdoor furniture), but the place was clean.
The property manager didn't automatically send me check in instructions. If you get there after 4 pm, as we did, you need a numeric code to open a box to get your keys. I happened to call a few days before our stay, and because of that, she emailed me check in instructions with the code. If I hadn't called, I think we would not have known how to get in!
My family really enjoyed the loft overlooking the living room. This 3 bedroom condo had two bedrooms with queen beds, and the loft had a double bed and 2 twins.
heater in main bedroom did not work when we called the emergency line no responded. we were on motorcycles and the staff did not tell us of the paved road so we had to ride on muddy roads the first time
view was nice. good size
The resort property personnel were not very friendly and I had a issue with the charges but they did give me a credit.
Condo was comfortable and close to skiing. I did not have any problems with booking.com.
Could not get an internet connection. Information from office staff was not helpful.
Very comfortable. All the comforts of home.
When we opened the door we were struck by very strong musty odor. The cleaning fee of $113.00 for a two night stay was extreme. $298.00 for a two night stay was very pricey considering the age, state of repair, lack of comfort of the bed and furnishings, and the maintenance man revving the engine of his old beat up Chevy pickup at 630 on Sunday morning. I will not stay here again!
