The Tyra / Snowflake Neighborhood of Breckenridge is coveted by visitors for its easy access to the mountain and close proximity to Main Street. Most properties are located within 60 yards of the base of the Snowflake Lift, a lift that brings skiers to the base of Peak 8, and all of the ski terrain that Breckenridge has to offer. At the end of the day, take the Four O'Clock ski run back down the hill, where you'll end up just where you started - no shuttles needed. To get to downtown Breckenridge, simply head out the front door and down the hill 3 blocks (a 5- to 7-minute walk). You will find yourself in the heart of downtown Breckenridge, with easy access to all the town has to offer.
