The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. I liked the extra security provided by requiring a room key to access the elevator buttons for the residential floors. The lighting was poor; the floor lamp did not work, but even with that on, I think that the room would have been dark. The room was cold and adjusting the temperature didn't help; a maintenance man came to my room, diagnosed the problem as a broken thermostat,and replaced it. I would have thought that making sure that everything works should be part of the process for getting the room ready for the next guest.

It was in a great location very ritzy. Made me feel a little out of place but enjoyed the experience :) The "gift shop" was extremely rediculous on prices of snacks and drinks and any emergency items

- The conditions and confort of the room - Quality of the room service's food - The shuttle service from the airport - Option to run around the hotel - will definitely use it next time - New system on TV did not have a manual - not quite straight forward to use for the first time (for room service, for an example) - The frequency of the shuttle services (every 15min would be more adequate)

The beds were great; the tv had a good assortment of channels; parking was convenient; we were just driving through to visit DC and the Air&Space museum in Chantilly with our family, we needed a place to sleep only, and it was great for that. Regret I didn't get to try the pool Not much, really. Nice, clean, well-located hotel
